In this retreat, you will be staying for 1 night at a hotel in San Jose and followed by 7 nights at the Goddess Garden Eco Resort on the Caribbean Coast. The Goddess Garden features clean and beautifully decorated rooms. The practice space is a stunning veranda overlooking the jungle.
Last year, howler monkeys, sloths, toucans, and a variety of exotic birds and butterflies within the center’s grounds were seen (and some were heard). The resort features a pool, Jacuzzi, hammocks to lounge in, a wall-less dining hall, and common area featuring Wi-Fi.
With twice daily sessions of yoga and meditation, delicious fresh, organic meals, and an abundance of life and beauty surrounding you, this special retreat is an opportunity to step away from distraction in your life and be held in the ease of retreat living.
For the practices, Fannie Hungerford will use the tools of asana and meditation practice, chanting, community, writing, ritual, and relaxation to illuminate the path to the life you want in the coming year in this program.
