You will have the choice between two different apartments:

Ananda:

Luxurious apartment on the second line of the Port; located less than 150 meters from the beach, 50 meters from the center of Eywa, and seven kilometers from the charming historic center of Marbella.

This spacious apartment has been completely reformed with a modern design, it offers a partial view of the sea and the Port. It has two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a 180 × 200 double bed and the second with two single beds that can be joined, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The large living room is equipped with a 75 ″ TV with premium Netflix and fiber optics.

Kalma:

Located on the second line of the Port, less than 150 meters from the beach and just above the Eywa Center, on the second floor of the building. This 66 square meter apartment located in one of the most famous areas of the Costa del Sol, has been completely reformed.

It has one bedroom, one bathroom and an equipped American kitchen.

The activities

Aerial yoga

The aerial yoga practice implies a general improvement in health thanks to postural correction and internal stimulation of the organism. This practice increases the flexibility of muscles and joints, decompresses the spine, fights liquid retention and cellulite, and contributes to the drainage of the lymphatic and circulatory systems.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga helps us train our entire body in very different ways. It is good not just for exercise but also helps to relieve injuries and reduce stress. It is a very good way to increase or preserve our elasticity, thanks to slow and controlled asanas.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a smooth yoga, which promotes stillness and breathing observation. It seeks to work with the tissues at a deeper level, in ligaments, joints, and bones. It is a yoga style where the posture adapts to the body and not the body to the posture. Yin yoga affects the meridians of internal organs and helps to unlock and balance the energy to these organs through acupressure.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, the “dream yoga” is a powerful systematic method, a result of the collection of ancient techniques and tantric rituals. Through different asanas, the purpose is to reach extreme but conscious relaxation. This practice allows to achieve absolute peace, physically and mentally. It also prevents premature aging, treats insomnia, calms anxiety, and helps overcome addictions.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a natural therapy based on the therapeutic activity of biochemical molecules contained in essential oils. These oils can be taken by inhalation (initial concept of aromatherapy), but also topically to treat wounds, rejuvenate the skin, hydrate the lips, treat acne... or ingest (diluted in water, as a food additive or directly under the tongue.)

Meditation

The practice of meditation will be sitting (mindfulness session or guided meditation) or active through a walking meditation on the promenade or on the beach. Meditation improves our wellbeing by activating some areas of the brain (associated with empathy and compassion), reducing the amygdala volume (involved in fear processes), and regulating vital functions (blood pressure, digestion, catabolism, anabolism, etc.)

Hammam

In addition to being very relaxing, a hammam or Turkish bath has a stress-relieving effect, detoxifies the skin, and purifies the body. It has beneficial effects for arthritis and relieves menstrual cramps. It is also good for muscle relaxation, blood circulation, and for stimulation of the nervous and hormonal system so it can accelerate the metabolism and fight stress and fatigue.

Food

Upon request, Eywa can offer you two types of food: organic Mediterranean or detox. The Mediterranean diet offers varied dishes, rich in olive oil, wheat and other cereals, fruits, vegetables, tubers, and a certain amount of seafood, but low in meat and dairy products.

The detox diet is based on juice, smoothie, seeds, soup (soup, mouliné and velvety with herbs and spices), tea, and herbal tea. The breakfast at the hotel is a continental buffet, and they advise you to adapt your food choices to the diet that you will follow in the center.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Málaga Airport (AGP) or Gibraltar International Airport (GIB). Transfer from and to Málaga Airport (AGP) is available for an additional cost of 80 EUR. For airport transfer from and to Gibraltar International Airport (GIB), kindly send an inquiry to Eywa Marbella for more information.

Arrival by shuttle

Upon arrival at Málaga Airport (AGP), you can take a shuttle bus direct from the airport to Marbella bus station, which costs around 8 EUR per person and then take a taxi to Puerto Banús, which costs around 10 EUR to 15 EUR.

Arrival by taxi

Upon arrival at Malaga Airport (AGP), you can take a private taxi to Puerto Banús, which will cost approximately 80 EUR.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
