Program

Enjoy yoga and meditation sessions in private classes. Experience well-being through workshops on essential oils, aromatherapy, hammam (Turkish bath), and massage sessions, and meditative seaside walks.

In Eywa, they intend to offer you an average of several hours of activities to take care of not just your body, but of your mind too, as well as to awaken your inner self. There will be a long range of practices to reconnect with your body sensitivity, rest, relieve stress, relax, and recharge your vital energy. This program is completely flexible.

Aerial yoga

Aerial yoga practice implies a general improvement in health thanks to postural correction and internal stimulation of the organism. The practice increases the flexibility of muscles and joints, decompresses the spine, fights liquid retention and cellulite, and contributes to the drainage of the lymphatic and circulatory systems.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga helps you train your entire body in very different ways. It is good not just for exercise, but also for helping to relieve injuries and reduce stress. It is a very good way to increase or preserve your elasticity, thanks to slow and controlled asanas.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a smooth yoga, which promotes stillness and breathing observation. It seeks to work with the tissues at a deeper level - in ligaments, joints, and bones.

It is yoga wherein the posture adapts to the body and not the body to the posture. Yin yoga affects the meridians of internal organs and helps to unlock and balance the energy to these organs through acupressure.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or “dream yoga” is a powerful systematic method, a result of the collection of ancient techniques and Tantric rituals. Through different asanas, the purpose is to reach extreme but conscious relaxation.

This practice allows achieving absolute peace physically and mentally. It also prevents premature aging, treats insomnia, calms anxiety, and helps overcome addictions.

Meditation

The practice of meditation will be sitting (mindfulness session or guided meditation) or in action through a walking meditation on the promenade or on the beach.

Meditation can improve your well-being by activating some areas of the brain associated with empathy and compassion, reducing the amygdala volume (involved in fear processes), and regulating vital functions (blood pressure, digestion, catabolism, anabolism, etc.).

Sound healing

This is a healing technique wherein through the application of sound frequencies in the energy fields that surround the body, certain specific areas of the brain are stimulated that help you relax and release tension as well as increase creativity and enhance memory learning.

It helps restore harmony and peace both in the physical body and in the energetic, emotional, and mental.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a natural therapy based on the therapeutic activity of biochemical molecules contained in essential oils. These oils can be taken by inhalation (initial concept of aromatherapy), but also topically to treat wounds, rejuvenate the skin, hydrate the lips, and treat acne, or by ingestion (diluted in water as a food additive or directly under the tongue).

Aromatouch

It is a technique that promotes the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Therapeutic-grade essential oils are applied through energy meridians and localized points that are connected to the body's organs. Stress reduction, immune support, inflammatory response, and balance of the nervous system.

Kobido

This is an ancient technique of Japanese facial massage with a lifting effect. It improves and moisturizes the appearance of the skin, releases muscle tension, and fights stress and anxiety. Evasion and relaxation of the mind are guaranteed.

Pericardium liberation (cellular bioenergetic osteopathy)

This treatment returns your cells to their original movement. It restores the flow of life that has been withdrawn due to painful and traumatic experiences. It also recovers and reactivates the electromagnetic field of cells, restoring health and homeostasis to all systems.

Hammam

In addition to being very relaxing, a hammam or Turkish bath has a stress-relieving effect, detoxifies the skin, and purifies the body. It also has beneficial effects for arthritis and relieves menstrual cramps.

It is also good for muscle relaxation, blood circulation, and for the stimulation of the nervous and hormonal system, so it can accelerate metabolism and fight stress and fatigue, giving you a real feeling of well-being.
