Instructors
Marisel
Marisel is a yoga teacher and bodywork therapist hailing from the Dominican Republic and is currently based in Greece. She first fell in love with yoga over 10 years ago and has since traveled the world to deepen and expand her knowledge of this endless science. Her classes encourage healing, exploration, play, love, and development of the self and range from dynamic Vinyasa Krama Flows to gentle and restorative Yin yoga sessions with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and the progressive strengthening and opening of the body.
