As a teacher of the Feldenkrais Method (the powerful approach to improving life with gentle and mindful movements), Josie has a superb understanding of somatics and healthy postural alignments that energizes her students no matter their yoga level or their physical abilities. Blending classical Hatha, Anusara, and Ashtanga Vinyasa traditions with mindfulness meditation, Sylvia Ferguson received her teaching diploma from Yoga Therapy Ireland in 2003 and was featured in May of 2015 nationwide as a teacher that exudes the calmness. Sylvia currently offers public and corporate programs in Dublin, travels internationally teaching for Exotic Yoga Retreats, and has active an array of online Hatha yoga, yoga Nidra, and mindfulness courses. When not teaching or mothering, Sylvia writes articles about yoga and mindfulness for the Yoga Therapy Ireland Magazine.
Nina Butler is an experienced yoga teacher and writer, and she is the creator of YOGICOMM, an online platform for multiple yoga instructors to share bespoke yoga videos with their clients. Originally certified as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in Vrindavan, India, Nina traveled to Mysore and trained in the traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga Shala, and has since incorporated this experience into her yoga practice.
