You will be staying at a luxury villa, Urania villas, overlooking a private beach with panoramic sea views. The stone villas have three bedrooms for double or single occupancy, fully equipped with a kitchen and a gourmet chef. Each villa comes with a private swimming pool and exceptional sea views from all the rooms. Each villa is nestled among oak and olive trees, spaced far enough apart to ensure privacy. They stand on a low hill overlooking breathtaking vistas of the Ionian sea near the most famous Greek beaches.


Daily themes

Day 1 - Guiding element - Earth

Connecting to the very roots of your foundation and identifying your primary wants or needs. Re-establishing your boundaries around security.

  • Explore getting the digestive system into a new rhythm with grounding foods
  • Learn travel rituals that are simple, yet important to maintain balance
  • Work with grounding movements through yoga and conscious breathing
  • You connect to the unconscious patterning of how your family history, childhood have affected the foundations of your being

Day 2 - Guiding element - Water

Diving into the layers of conditioned programs that keep you in a loop. Exploring the creativity of the self. Investigating your subconscious expressions of how we desire to be understood.

  • De-conditioning meditations to further de armour the triggers that keep you stuck in anxiety, worry, and doubt
  • Re-establishing a more intimate relationship with the self and re-discovering the essence of our true creative expression
  • Work with fluid movements through yoga to encourage flexible muscles and connective tissue
  • You connect to the subconscious land of emotions and explore how you can move beyond self-sabotage into self-love

Day 3 - Guiding element - Fire

How do you manifest your thoughts and words into actions. How do you project your thoughts and ideas out into reality? How do you transform attachments of outdated belief systems to a more flexible way of being?

  • Redefining your parameters around what a healthy ego is and when the ego is useful and when it is not
  • Learning the science and power of mantra to shift unfocused thoughts into powerful action
  • Work with deep visceral breathing to stimulate a change in the digestive system and reset the emotional and hormonal balance in the entire body
  • You connect to the conscious design of harmoniously presenting our purpose into the world

Day 4 - Guiding element - Air

Dialoguing with your archetype of the innocent child. Using unconditional love and compassion to shift divisiveness into inclusion. Allowing lightheartedness to guide the moment.

  • Rewriting old wounded stories that predominantly stem from childhood to powerful new stories that are anchored in unconditional love
  • Practicing compassionate resonance through partner-work workshops. They are designed to expand your field of awareness from only yourselves to how you affect others.
  • Work with thoracic extension movements and softening shoulder tension
  • You connect to your future through accessing super-conscious brainwave states to embrace the impossible as possible

Day 5 - Guiding element - Ether

Speaking your authentic truth, whatever it may be. Valuing the freedom to express versus to repress. To reclaim your birth-right to joy, peace, and love.

  • Finding that spark that you know as passion. What is your motto or message that you want to unabashedly embody and share with others?
  • Discovering the obstacles that block you from voicing your truth.
  • Work with yogic vibrational exercises to stimulate the thyroid. Lengthening the neck and softening the jaw into a state of a responsiveness.
  • You connect to your authenticity from a whole-bodied perspective. In doing so, you affect a change in the entire hormonal system and reset the balance.

Day 6 - Guiding element - Intuition

Living with a sense of trust in the up and down waves that life brings. Deepening the relationship between the internal and external world through symbols and dreams.

  • Dreams are representational stories that teach you through allegory. You tap into the language of symbols to understand yourselves through your inner artist.
  • How often do you make decisions in life solely from logic, versus from an intuitive place?
  • Work with tension headache release exercises, opening the sinuses, and expanding the space in the cranium to lighten the skull
  • You begin the process of witnessing how the external world is a direct result of your internal processes

Day 7 - Guiding element - Oneness

You recognize without the hurdles, there would be no triumphs. Therefore, you realize that you are enough and are perfect in your imperfections. You are connected to yourselves, each other and all of existence.

The Buddha said that life is suffering. What he meant was that you will continue to suffer if you continue to live a dualistic existence. When you own recognize the shadow plays with the light and vice versa, and you stop expecting from others and ride the wave that is life, you become connected to the natural rhythms of life. You unveil the illusion of what you think is right or wrong, good or bad, and become whole again.

Day 8 - Integration

Today, you return home. You continue on your conscious path of self-evolution with a completeness and presence of all the new shifts in your perception.

Workshops and activity

Breath of life

Breathing is one of the most cleansing processes for your body and mind, and probably the fastest way to detox. Experience utilizing various breathing techniques to raise your mood and energetic vibration instantly, release stagnant energies and recurring patterns, and allow more flow and glow in your physical, emotional, and mental states of being. Understand which ones work for you best in different situations and attune your body to optimize your oxygen intake.

Each technique can be easily remembered and incorporated in your everyday routine to maintain good health, good moods, and enhance your clarity of mind and physical and mental performance.

Inner guidance and inner voyage

Learn how to reboot brain and neuro-plasticity through a full body meditative experience. Re-establish dormant brain connections and anchor a practice that will kick-start the ability of your body to heal itself, detoxify thought patterns to develop functional focus, relaxation, and greater levels of positivity.

Yoga and conscious movement

The yoga and conscious movement practices are designed to release holding patterns in the body while stimulating vital energy. The movements in class are a powerful combination of fitness and movement as medicine. Johnson teaches from an intuitive place of guiding each student to their fullest potential. He has been teaching since 2008 and has an extensive background in Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Anya yogic techniques, as well as having training in martial arts, Pilates, and GYROTONIC®.

Daily schedule

You will check in for the retreat from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 7, 2019. Check out is between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2019. Before the class, there are morning detox rituals.

  • 07:00 - 08:15 Morning conscious movement practice (yoga, Kundalini, Kriyas, neurological rebooting, etc.)
  • 08:30 - 09:15 Light breakfast
  • 10:00 - 12:00 Morning workshop
  • 12:30 - 13:30 Lunch
  • 12:00 - 16:30 Free time to write, read, nap, swim at your private pool, hike down the private beach, and swim in the ocean or take walks on the country road (Private sessions with Delphine and Johnson are available)

Lefkada Island is verdant with some of the best beaches in the world. The beautiful Porto Katsiki beach is a 15-minute drive from retreat villas. On the scenic drive from Preveza, there are many small villages and breathtaking views of the sea. You can drive along the coast or through the winding roads that take you through the cooler central mountains. The main town of Lefkada, with numerous shops and restaurants, is a popular port for charter sailing boats. Further along, there is a charming village called Nidri with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Private beach

It is a luxurious privilege to have this rare gem hidden beneath the olive and pine trees. The wonderful private beach is located just underneath the villas, is covered with small pearls and sand, has blue and turquoise colors, and it is a wonderful round-trip of 25 to 45 minutes (depending on the physical shape of the hiker) beneath the olive trees and the lush greenery of the hill. Even if you do not have the chance to hike down to the beach, the superb views will relax and renew your spirits.

If you are lucky, you can spot dolphins swimming in the water. The area belongs to the environmental protection network Nature 2000 because it is a habitat for dolphins and seals.


Nearest to Exodus Retreats is the quaint village of Vassiliki. Set in a beautiful bay in view of the villas, Vassiliki is popular for sailing boats and wind and kite surfing. Diving and snorkeling equipment and tours are also offered. Vassiliki has a small port dotted with restaurants, shops, and cafes. There are beautiful beaches nearby and small coves for swimming.

World class beaches

Lefkada has three of the top beaches in the world, 15 minutes away. Starting from the northwest coast, you meet Kathisma, a three-kilometer-wide sandy popular bay. After a stunning journey through pine and olive trees, you cross Egremnoi, a little hard to reach, because of the 300 steps staircase. But once you reach the bottom of it, the sight will compensate every bit of your sweat. Finally, further down, you meet Porto Katsiki, the most famous beach of the island.

Daily vegetarian and organic breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by the gourmet chef, Ourania Sideri, and a farewell dinner are included in the price. You will be integrating intuitive holistic nutrition under the guidance of Mediterranean chef, Ourania. She will be presenting a range of delicious, healthy, organic meals sourced locally in Greece. During the retreat, the nutritional aspect is uniquely designed for each person in such a way to maximize the cleansing, strengthening, and centering effects of the yoga practice and the meditation.

Each meal is prepared with a variety of ingredients such as grains, vegetables, beans and bean products, seaweed, fermented products, nuts, seeds, and fruits; mostly organic. Meals are 100 percent organic, fresh, gourmet and sugar-free. Vegetarian and vegan diets are catered.

Things to do (optional)

You are always on the go. It is a powerful thing when you make a conscious decision to purposefully do nothing. Or perhaps, you want to use your free time to connect with nature and do all the things that make you happy such as go swim in the ocean or pool or find some time to write and journal. There are also beautiful hikes around the private beach overlooking the endless clear water views. You might even spot some seals and dolphins.


A 15-minute drive brings you to a world class beach of breathtaking beauty. Enjoy Porto Katsiki where majestic sheer cliffs meet sand, pebbles, and turquoise waters. The nearest Greek port village, Vassiliki, is famous for water sports such as diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, and sailing. Situated just 10 minutes by car, it sits on beautiful Vassiliki Bay. You can explore little-cobbled streets with charming boutiques and port side cafes and restaurants. The picturesque beach Agiofili is in close distance to the village.


The island of Lefkada hosts numerous water sports and activities such as scuba diving, boating, kite surfing, kite boarding, surfing and more. These activities can be discovered in Vassiliki bay just three and a half kilometers from the villas. Vassiliki bay is also famous for hosting windsurfing tournaments and practitioners from all over the world.
