The mere mention of Bali evokes dreams of paradise. It's more than a place; it's a mood, an aspiration, and a tropical state of mind. The moment you arrive in Bali, the rich diverse culture engulfs you in a warm welcome, and you understand why it is known as the island of the gods.

Bail is one island with so many things to see and do. With beautiful rolling rice fields, historic temples, delicious food, friendly culture, and of course surf and beach life, there are so many sides to Bali. Yes, Bali has beaches, surfing, diving, and resorts great and small, but it's the essence of Bali - and the Balinese - that makes it so much more than just a fun-in-the-sun retreat destination.

After travelling the region and learning from their own experience, Exhale Yoga Retreats has carefully planned out this retreat to provide an enriching Bali adventure, making sure to include all their favorite spots.
