Daniela is a Holistic Health Coach (from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition) and Movement guide. She is certified in various movement methods that had a huge impact on her own personal journey, including Vinyasa yoga (STRALA 200 hours and RA 300 hours), Pilates (body arts and science international), Barre (core barre) and strength training, and started teaching in 2013.
She began with modern and contemporary dance at an early age and later, loving the movement and body awareness, she began practicing yoga more than 10 years ago. However, it was in 2012 when she realized how powerful and influential yoga was for her and the powerful tool that can be, if well used, in the chaotic modern life. The yoga and mindfulness practice has totally changed her life, empowered her to be happier, to trust herself and to pursue her dreams until they come true.
