Join Evolation Fitness on a journey to Cambodia! The retreat will be held in Siem Reap, one of the most historic cities in earth. This retreat will give you the opportunity to expand your yoga practice, explore Angkor Wat and surrounding areas through adventure-based activities, volunteer at rural schools with the Ponheary Ly Foundation and access local Cambodian culture in an intimate and enriching way.
All ages are welcome as participants.
The 28-room guesthouse is owned by Ponheary Ly and her family; natives of Siem Reap; and managed by Lori Carlson who hails from Austin, Texas. At the end of the Khmer Rouge era, the Lys had to rebuild their lives from less than scratch. Their guesthouse stands as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the power of family. Three generations (including the eight children you may see running around!) of friendly Lys live in the private residence with Lori living on-site as well. All will ensure that you are well cared for during your Seven Candles stay.
