Join Stephanie in Asheville, North Carolina, for a personalized yoga retreat. She will meet exactly where you are with a restorative tone, focused on gentle yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation, or she can also take it up a notch and advance your personal practice with sweaty and challenging Vinyasa flows. In this retreat, you will explore the mind and body, share some delicious and nutritious meals, get out into nature, and have a lot of fun together.
For this yoga and meditation retreat, you will be provided with two nights accommodation in a private suite with large bedroom, comfy queen sized bed and a full bathroom. It is a peaceful suite in a quiet home, on a tree-filled property with marble statues, and native plants. You have a door that separates your suite from rest of house featuring a large bedroom and private bath, ceiling fan, cedar closet, and the house has a brand new HVAC system.
The house is the quintessential mountain lodge, with all modern updates including hot water on demand, a radon system, water-conserving toilets and shower heads, a high-efficiency new heat pump, a propane-fueled backup generator so you will never be caught off guard.
In this retreat, you can able to experience an afternoon hike in the beautiful mountains surrounding Asheville.

You will be served with delicious, nutritious, creative, organic, and vegetarian meals daily. Yogini Stephanie can also provide you with vegan, gluten-free, just simply share your preferences.
Sample breakfasts will include whole oats with cinnamon apples, raisins, and walnuts with juice and coffee or tea. Biscuits and gravy with sweet potato, red onion, and cashew gravy. Quiche of varying types and fruit salad. Wholesome yogurt with raw honey, stewed prunes, and sunflower seeds. Indian Kichari, an amazing porridge made from rice, lentils, green veggies, and ghee.
For lunch, sample meals will include roasted pepper stuffed with rice, cheese, homemade tomato sauce, carrots, and onions, broccoli slaw, egg salad, and a roll vegetarian shepherd's pie with lentils, mushrooms, and nuts in gravy. Caprese toast and spicy carrot dijon salad. Polenta pizza with zucchini, red onion, ricotta, mozzarella, and pesto sauce, sweet and spicy cabbage salad, and creamy cauliflower soup.
Past dinners have included vegetable enchiladas with homemade sauce and taco salad with walnut meat and avocado lime dressing. Pasta with veggies, Mediterranean salad with lentils, olives, tomatoes, onions, vinaigrette, garlic bread, and watermelon salad. Rice and quinoa bowl with Thai veggies, and homemade peanut sauce, roasted cabbage, and mango with sweet coconut rice. Another delicious dinner that she has served is paneer curry with rice, daal, and a mixed veggie salad. Thai veggies with peanut sauce, jasmine rice, and cucumber salad.
