Yogic Concepts rent a guest house called Krishna Cottage, nearby their school. It's not a luxurious guest house but it has clean rooms without air conditioning. Hot water in bathrooms and front door side balcony. In between the guest house, there is a lawn and lounge to sit and relax.

Overview

This course is designed to all levels of practitioners and especially for those who are already teachers. Yogic Concepts will ensure the proper and step-by-step learning with a strong foundation upon which you build your teaching and personal practice. Even if you are a beginner and want to take challenge and work harder on deeper aspect of yoga practices, you are welcome to join this 100 Hours Yoga Nidra and Meditation Teacher Training course.

Who is this course for?

  • Professionals seeking to enhance their skills in facilitating emotional and mental healing. Learn a systematic approach to yoga practice and teaching.
  • Yoga teachers can use the course to support their techniques with veterans experiencing PTSD.
  • Individuals interested in traditional Pranayama and a systematic approach to working with it, including yoga teachers seeking personal and teaching growth.
  • Students should be in healthy conditions and having no serious injury before joining this course.
  • Pregnancy at any stage will not be suitable to apply for the course.

Attendance and Assignments

100% participation will be expected in all classes of course schedule.

You must pass a practical teaching examination assigned by teacher in this TTC. Don’t worry! You will be prepared for it.

Duties and Responsibilities

Students will be responsible to take care their course materials inside and outside of class. All students must be prepared to work hard in the TTC course. In case of any emergency situations where students are unable to attend class should be informed to teachers.

Be kind to other students and participants and keep studio place neat and clean before you leave.

This training will be held at Yoganga Healing Center in Rishikesh. Rishikesh, the Yoga City, is the best places to learn, relax and rejuvenate senses and recharge batteries with fabulous sceneries and leisure wandering while learning yoga.
