You will be staying at the accommodation of Yoga Skyros Academy. The student rooms are well furnished and with shared bathrooms - shower, bathtub, and toilet. It is important that you do not have to bring too much clothing since washing machines are available for a small fee of 10 EUR.
Students will be accommodated in a shared double bed room. Single rooms are available upon request (at an additional cost).
Programa
The Yoga Skyros Academy is based on the concept of small classes with a maximum of 12 students, high-quality teaching, better learning and understanding, and a better connection to your consciousness and inner peace. The following are just some aspects of the topics that you will cover during this retreat:
- Intensive practice of all yoga asanas
- Intensive practice of different styles of yoga such as Hatha yoga, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga
- Practice in a fluid manner and unite breathing with movement
- Practice different styles of yoga and choose your style
- Practice especially yoga Nidra
- Practice meditation in the evenings
With the Yoga Pure Training, the Yoga Skyros Academy takes a completely different approach - 100 percent practical and style-focused. Yoga Skyros Academy has been training instructors to teach since 2005 and has set up many Yoga teachers for success in the field of teaching yoga and will be a pleasure to do your "pure yoga retreat" in such an environment.

The experienced and qualified yoga master (800 RYT), Radha Ji, trained in Asia and India, promises you fun and pleasure in the discovery of yoga. She will teach you yoga novices or experienced yogi, Hatha yoga, the mother of all yoga, and how to use yoga in the daily life of stress and tension.
Destino del retiro
As of October 22, 2022, Yoga Skyros is happy to inform you about the moving to 16674 Glyfada, 113 Agisilaou, which is placed between the Sea and the Mountain - 2.5 kilometers to the sea and 0.5 kilometers to the Mountain Illias.
Glyfada is the South Part of Athens and is easy to find and easy to get into Athens as well. It is the Greek Riviera with high-class walking and shopping, and restaurants of all cuisines. Within 300 meters, there are supermarkets and coffee shops all necessary to spend your time between studying yoga and enjoying the Greek lifestyle.
The Temple of Hatha Yoga remains the same; a beautiful yoga room with a wooden floor and balconies all around. The rooftop will host external yoga classes with a view of the sea.
Theodora Papadaki “Thera Design Studio” took care of the decoration. Theodora comes from Santorini with her fresh ideas and a beautiful Greek Smile. Welcome to the New Greek Place where you can enjoy a lovely winter and a beautiful summer to study different teacher training all year long with the masters.
