    Master Kapil, a yogi, born and brought up in in the foothills of Himalayas, has been pursuing yoga since childhood and teaching yoga for the last six years. Additionally, his emphasis on meditation with mind body psychology brings students following from across globe. He speaks from his heart and one has to listen to him to be inspired with his teachings.

This retreat will take place in Rishikesh, close to the Ganges River and the Lakshman Jhoola Bridge. Rishikesh is a city surrounded by the mountain that is the beginning of the foothills of Himalayas, on the holy banks of the river Ganges. This city is also known as world capital of yoga. There is no better place to practice yoga than in Rishikesh. It has the biggest number of yoga ashrams and yoga courses in the world.
