Sadhna has been teaching yoga for the last six years and has been practicing yogic psychotherapy for over 20 years. She is a licensed psychotherapist and a certified Yoga Alliance USA yoga teacher. She has dedicated her life educating and imparting lifestyle changes to thousands of her clients in the East and West through supportive, non-judgmental ways of utilizing holistic and integrative approach of the mind, body, and heart.

This teacher training will take place in Rishikesh, India. You will breathe the fresh air blowing down from the Himalayas and fresh water flowing from the banks of the holy river Ganga. You can feel the spirit in the air, as you walk the bazaars and ashrams with the locals of Rishikesh.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), then take another domestic fly to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Yoga Sadhna India will pick you up from the airport.

Arrival by taxi

From Delhi, take a taxi to Rishikesh for six to eight hours of driving. Taxis can also be arranged at a price of approximately 100 USD.
