This program includes various yoga styles, such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, Bikram, Pilates, Acro Vinyasa, Fly-high and Yin yoga suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.
Ashtanga yoga is a rigorous and dynamic practice that follows a specific sequence of postures, linking movement of breath.
Kundalini is a mix of Hatha postures, breathing exercises, mantras, mudras, sound healing (gong), deep relaxation, and meditation including a deep healing and inner connection.
Bikram yoga is a set sequence of 26 Hatha postures in a room heated to 42 degrees. Hatha flow is aimed at lengthening, loosening, and relaxing the body and mind.
Vinyasa yoga is a breath-synchronized movement, a fluid and flowing practice to strengthen your body and mind. Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice in which poses are held for more than five minutes, targeting the connective tissues, ligaments, bones, and joints.
Fly high yoga lengthens the spine and increases your flexibility with the aid of gravity and the FlyHighYoga™ hanging belt. This class has a maximum limit of six people.

Currently based in Ubud, Bali, she teaches Kundalini yoga and meditation classes at Ubud Yoga Centre. She has lived and taught in a diverse range of countries around the world including Iran, Canada, Australia, England, India, Indonesia, USA, and France. Her class focuses on a deep spirited Kundalini style, filled with practical wisdom teachings, transformative breath-work, deep self-inquiry, devotion, insightfulness, and humor.

The restaurant features healthy homemade meals and plenty of variety for everyone to choose from.

Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfer from and to this airport is included. Yoga Meditation Sound will pick you up from the airport.
When you walk out of the doors at the airport, look for your name on a sign and the friendly hotel driver will collect you. Relax in the luxury vehicle for the 50-minute journey to Ubud.
