The stunning six-acre private destination Maui retreat, nestled between the famous historic plantation towns of Paia and Makawao, is surrounded by world-renowned beaches, famous surf spots, and Maui’s best biking and hiking trails.

Daily sample schedule

  • 07:30 Wake up the body with a morning power walk to elevate the heart rate (30 minutes)
  • 08:00 Energizing Pilates or yoga class
  • 09:00 Breakfast with the group in the dining area of the resort
  • 11:00 Excursions and spa treatments
  • 12:30 Lunch
  • 16:00 Restorative yoga followed by yoga Nidra and meditation
  • 18:30 Dinner with the group in the dining area of the resort
  • 20:00 Free time to socialize, reflect, or just enjoy the evening relaxing at the resort
