You will be staying at various accommodations, including Tahiti Pearl Beach Resort in a Deluxe Ocean View room for one night at the beginning of the retreat and one night at the end of the retreat and five nights at the Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort and Spa in a Garden Pool Bungalow in a shared twin room. You will be sharing with one other lovely retreat guest, or if traveling with your partner or a friend, you will be paired together.

This retreat is exclusive, luxurious, empowering, life-changing, and magical. Upon waking, your day starts with a beautiful sunrise SUP yoga meditation and a lesson. Then, enjoy a delicious bountiful buffet breakfast of fresh local produce follows with a drink of a crisp fresh pineapple juice or a freshly husked coconut.

After breakfast, the choice is yours. Go snorkeling in the Hilton’s mesmerizing cerulean lagoon. Avid snorkelers go as far to say “it’s the best place in the whole world they have ever snorkeled.”

Treat yourself to a spa treatment or soak up the sun or nest under a coconut tree with a good book. After a healthy lunch, the group will set out on another adventure. One day, you will do a big paddle finishing with a swim with sharks and stingrays.

Another day will be a big walk up one of Moorea’s highest mountains. The day winds down with a sunset meditation on a paddleboard in the middle of the lagoon, before enjoying a healthy dinner of fresh local fish caught that day and healthy local produce, as you toast your coconut water to experiencing another day in paradise.

Swim with sharks and stingrays. There are few places Charlotte visited in the world with the spellbinding shades of blue, sapphire, and aqua as Moorea’s spectacular lagoon. With such pristine clear water, swimming with sharks and stingrays is an absolute must. She is an avid free diver who traveled all over the world and she’s never found a place better to swim with sharks or stingrays. It’s a truly surreal experience.

Experience a mountain walk to the Belvedere. The hikes in Moorea are among the best in the South Pacific. Get off the beaten track amongst pineapple plantations, a wide variety of fauna and flora and epic views with a climb to the Belvedere lookout.

Please note that the yoga lessons can be on the land and beach overlooking the ocean. Although if conditions permit, most if not all lessons, will take place on the water, this is what Charlotte specializes in.

During this retreat, you will enjoy a mountain walk to the Belvedere, swimming with sharks and stingrays, and underwater rock running.

    Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Yoga)

    Charlotte is one of the most talked about paddle boarders in Australia. She is a member of Yoga Alliance and an internationally certified yoga teacher (200-hour YTT). Charlotte takes time to continually grow and develop her skills and knowledge as a trainer, often getting training from the best. She has been fortunate to paddleboard with big wave surfing legends Laird Hamilton, Gerry Lopez, Tom Carroll, and Olympic swimming champions, Geoff Huegill and Giann Rooney. Although unable to compete in what she specializes in big waves, she was ranked the 13th in the world for SUP surfing in 2016.

This retreat will take place in French Polynesia, including Tahiti and Moorea.

During this retreat, you will be provided with buffet breakfast daily while at the Hilton Moorea, as well as daily lunch and dinner with the exception of one lunch and one dinner. One night will be left free for you to try one of the great local restaurants and cafés or one of the wonderful restaurants based on site at the Hilton Moorea.

All meals are super healthy, where fresh local vegetables and fish are used. The food is mainly gluten-free. Meals include food like quinoa; gluten-free lentils, fresh fish straight from the boats that come in that morning, and fresh raw or steamed vegetables, whatever is in season. Daily fresh fruit and coconuts will also be available.
