During the retreat, guests will enjoy the unforgettable experience of a traditional Irish Farmhouse with beautiful views of the famous "Old Head" and of course the Atlantic Ocean.

While immersing yourself in your yoga practice, you will be looking out at the Atlantic Ocean while enjoying the intimate setting of only eight guests. There are four double or twin bedrooms and two bathrooms that the majority of guests will be sharing. The four rooms are allocated upon arrival, and will accommodate two people each. Private rooms are subject to availability for a supplement of 55 EUR.

Leave behind the long and warm days of summer and slowly prepare for the more quiet and colourful days of autumn. With the autumn equinox just behind where day and night are of equal length, we are reminded again to balance all parts of ourselves, the active and the passive, the known and the unknown, our outer journey as well as our inner journey, the conscious and the unconscious.

This is a weekend yoga retreat led by Marion Buechner and will focus on reducing everyday stresses which affect the emotional well-being. The retreat is mixed level.
