Pepperberry House is located a few kilometers from the center of Airlie Beach, high on a hill overlooking the Whitsunday Islands with panoramic views of the ocean and the valley below. Positioned on the east coast of Queensland, Airlie Beach is an attractive tourist destination offering a desirable tropical climate with ocean breezes throughout most of the year.
The accommodation is surrounded by state forest and encased by nature. It has large decks that wrap around the in-ground glistening infinity swimming pool, providing a tranquil setting to focus on your practice of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Its general features includes yoga platform, meditation room, outdoor swimming pool, relaxation decks, and massage therapies.
This retreat offers you Anusara yoga, which is a modern-day Hatha yoga. The yoga practices provide physical benefits whilst bringing peace and calmness to the mind. The practices are designed to connect you more fully with your breath and body, as well as opening up and exploring the potential of the heart. Whitsunday Health & Wellness Retreats have designed a selection of activities that will awaken the mind, body, and soul. This well-balanced program will contain daily practices in Anusara Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. You will stimulate your body with the assortment of fitness activities designed to suit all fitness levels.
The daily health and wellbeing workshops will educate and empower you to continue on your journey once you are home. Mindfulness practice is an effective way to manage stress and bring about self-awareness and connection.

This retreat will take place in Airlie Beach, Australia. The Whitsundays is one of the most beautiful destinations on the planet. This health and wellness retreat provides the ideal environment to reconnect with nature and ones' self. Offering the ideal climate and the breathtaking scenery of the Whitsundays, fringing reefs, and crystal blue waters, Airlie Beach is the ideal location to immerse yourself in the program and make the connection with your mind, body, and soul.
You will be served with delicious, fresh, healthy, and nutritious daily meals. Your breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, and lunch are well portioned.
The Whitsundays is serviced by two domestic airports. Please book your flight to arrive at Great Barrier Reef Airport (HTI), and have ferry service at the airport to go to the location. Or choose to fly to Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP) where buses and taxis are available. You can also arrange either a shuttle service or taxi from the airport, both of these services will transfer you directly to your accommodation in Airlie Beach.
The Bruce Highway is the major road linking Queensland’s coastal cities and towns from Brisbane to Cairns. The Bruce Highway runs through Proserpine and Bowen on the Whitsunday Coast. Airlie Beach is located approximately 20 minutes off the Bruce Highway from Proserpine along Shute Harbour Road. Major coach operators include Airlie Beach in their regular scheduled services from major cities along the coast.
