You will be staying at La Gargoulette, a beautiful villa surrounded in vineyards and mountains. We have 7 spaces available; the double bedroom (sleeps 1-2 people) and twin rooms (sleeps 2 people) which both have use of a shared bathroom. Our premium room is the king size with views over the valley and an en-suite (sleeps 1-2 people). 

If you're coming with a friend the twin or king size bedrooms are perfect with the twin having two single beds and the king having a king size bed and single bed. ​Please note if you are coming as a single person the double bedroom or one of the single beds in the twin shared rooms would be perfect. 

Each day of this relaxaing yoga retreat starts with a class of energizing and dynamic yoga flow class followed by a freshly prepared healthy breakfast. You will get to explore the local area, including beautiful scenic walks, visits to the local villages, and towns. Lunch is usually then had back at the villa, full of ingredients specifically chosen to calm the mood and cleanse the mind.

The afternoon is free-time for you to relax and be on your own, that includes chilling by the pool, reading a good book, or going on a personal excursion. Return back in time to the mat for your evening session of deep tension releasing Yin yoga. Supper will then be served before rounding the day off with half an hour of meditation or Nidra yoga to get you ready for a sound sleep. On one of the days, you will also be invited to join the ‘extra special’ mindfulness workshop, details of which will be included in your welcome packs.

A trip to one of the local villages or towns in Saint Tropez area is included in the retreat program. You will also be given a guided walking tour of the local surrounding areas.

    Since training and working within mental health services, Nathalie has had a passion for the promotion of mental well-being. She created Value Your Mind with the aim to provide a service that thinks about your physical and mental well-being. Using her background in mental health and yoga, alongside her knowledge and interest in healthy eating, she provides a bespoke wellness coaching service that puts how you feel at the front of everything it does.

This retreat will take place at La Gargoulette, located in the South of France. This beautiful villa lies in a tranquil valley surrounded by the natural cork and chestnut forest of the Maures Mountains and the terraced vineyards which provide the local rosé wine. It is a short distance from the pretty village of La Mole with its traditional artisan bakery, restaurants, and small supermarket.

Cogolin is the nearest town where you can taste the local delights on market days or venture on to the historic picturesque Saint Tropez, a 20 minute drive away. The nearby beaches of Cavalaire Sur Mer or Rayol Canadel Sur Mer can be reached via the spectacular hiking route of Col du Canadel with a stopover to admire the panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea.

We will be providing walking tours of the area surrounding the villa and one trip to a local village or town. There are several other beautiful areas to explore within 20 minutes drive of the villa (details will be provided on arrival) and so hiring a car at the airport would allow you the flexibility to explore these areas during your free time.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) or Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE). Both airports are approximately one hour and thirty minutes' drive. You will need to factor in hiring of a car in order to travel from and to the airport unless you would like to lift share with other attendees. You can liaise with other guests in the Facebook VIP VYM retreat group (details will be provided once you are booked on). Aim to get to the villa for approximately 1 - 2 p.m. as we will be serving lunch at approximately 2 p.m.
