ULU Yoga Structure

Week 1: Aerial Yoga

Aerial is the hottest yoga trend with massive projected growth. Teachers and trainings are in demand around the world. It’s a Fun and practical way to start a 200hr TTC. It helps beginners with alignment, flexibility, core and back strength.

Week 2: Hatha Yoga

Jump to the other extreme. Take you to heart of pure yoga with focus on pranayama breathing, meditation, chanting, ancient philosophy and core traditional asanas.

Week 3: Vinyasa Yoga

Begin to link poses, breath and movement to create graceful dynamic flows, plus support students to find their own unique original style.

Week 4: Acro & SUP

Everyone wants to learn aerial, acro and SUP. Every teacher, studio, resort and gym in the world needs these classes to be successful. Normally you will practice some each week and focus more on teaching practice toward the end.


You will have so many workshops ranging from aerial yoga acrobatics and performance to injury recover, pregnancy and reiki. This depends on what student want and which teachers are available.


Lead trainer Edward Pawlak, started Yoga in 2007 and completed 200hr TTC in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow with Samyak Yoga in India. Before yoga, Edward taught university education and worked in music theater production. In 2014 he founded ULU YOGA and now leads 50hr Aerial and 200hr Mix Yoga TTC every month. Ulu also has many other wonderful instructors leading the courses.


ULU YOGA is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete an approved training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).

Every weekend we will ride on taxi to The Dome, an amazing spiritual herbal sauna on the mountain top. We also rent a boat and

Price includes a healthy breakfast buffet. You may also order from the resort menu. Lunch and dinner are not included because there are many wonderful places to eat on the beach. But students may use the kitchen if they want to save money.

Arrival by Ferry

Koh Phangan is an island. You may take a flight from Bangkok to Surat Thani or Koh Samui. Then you can catch a ferry to Koh Phangan /Thong Sala pier. From there you could rent a motorbike or take a taxi, then you may contact Ulu Yoga for your arrival time and they will pick you up.
