At 1440 Multiversity, you'll find a wide range of accommodations to meet your preferences and budget. All of the rooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, promote reflection, and foster a connection with others.

The majority of the housing has been built for sharing. Therefore, room rates are per person per night, plus tax. The total cost of your stay at 1440 Multiversity includes your program tuition or R&R rate plus your chosen room price. If coming with a friend, you're welcome to stay together. Otherwise, 1440 Multiversity mindfully matches roommates of the same gender.

All guest rooms feature elements found in nature, beautifully integrating indoor and outdoor environments for a style which is at once rustic and modern. All rooms are conveniently equipped with Wi-Fi access. For a truly immersive experience, guest rooms do not have phones or televisions.



Learn how to cultivate freedom, strength, and grace on and off the mat in this intensive five-day workshop on Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, and meditation. Through meditation, pranayama, mala and mantra work, kirtan, and journaling, you will explore the following:

  • Artfully sequenced and challenging morning Vinyasa flow classes with "Kick ASSana" music that will strengthen and deepen your personal practice
  • Afternoon sessions to balance and restore your energy with the powerful stillness of Yin yoga
  • A holistic approach to diet and nutritional balance to optimize your yoga practice
  • The meaning, symbolism, and significance of a personal mala - yours to keep - and how to use these sacred beads to help harmonize your energy, destroy negative thoughts, and achieve a calm, clear mind
  • Using mantras and kirtan (devotional chanting) to empower your practice with healing sound

Daily schedule

The daily schedule shows what the rhythm of your stay may be like. While the timing of your specific program sessions may vary, you will have plenty of time to enjoy meals, activities, and numerous campus amenities during your stay. You will receive your personalized schedule when you check in.

Arrival day

  • 14:15 Check-in begins; rooms are ready by 16:00 (luggage room is available to store bags until 16:00)
  • 16:45-17:45 Supplementary classes: Yoga, meditation, qi gong, or tai chi

Tymi Howard
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 (Yoga)
Tymi Howard is an E-RYT 500, international yoga teacher, certified holistic health coach, and owner of Guruv Yoga. She is pioneering the Vinyasa yoga movement in Central Florida, USA. She is dedicated to inspiring people to discover their life's purpose through the art of yoga. Her introduction to yoga began in New York City in 1993 as a professional ballet dancer with several nagging injuries and found her way into an Ashtanga class. She received her bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and Dance from Rollins College and master's degree from NYU / Circle in the Square.
