This retreat takes place at the wonderful Floating Leaf Eco-Luxury Resort. Its 2000-square-feet yoga space, set among peaceful rice fields and stunning landscapes, has been heralded as Asia’s best place to practice yoga. This beautiful yoga sanctuary is fully equipped with all the needed yoga props, stunning outdoor pool, spa, and a restaurant with healthy organic farm-to-table food.

The resort offers single and double accommodation in modern, luxurious, yet traditional rooms with either pool or garden views. Designed with high standard ecological material to ensure your comfort and minimal environmental impact, all the rooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fan, private en-suite bathroom, and top of the line sheets, pillows, toiletries, and more.

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to discover how to connect your mind, body, and spirit through daily lessons, beautiful yoga styles, functional body control exercises, meditation, and pranayama. In addition, you will have a personalized postural, gate, and biomechanical assessment with corrections and advise to improve your posture and quality of movement.

Learn about plant-based and organic food, nutritional information, and how to prepare beautiful yet simple healthy meals at the vegan cookery workshop. This retreat will take place in Sukawati, in a small traditional Balinese village amongst verdant rice fields. Nestled between Sukawati and Pantai Purnama, on the eastern shore of Bali, the place offers a peaceful and secluded spot away from the traffic, pollution, and the crowds of tourists found in Ubud and southern Bali, but yet still conveniently located close to the beach, airport, and other key Bali landmarks.
