During this retreat, you will stay in a modern double bed rooms with air-conditioned, television, safe, and fridge. The accommodation is located 100 meters from Boracay White Beach. There are many great local restaurants and other great places around to eat and drink, including the very popular Red Pirates sunset bar and many.

Meditation is learning to go within ourself and discover our true essence. It is the art of living a life from our truth, embracing all the levels of existence (physical, psychological, emotional) with more awareness, easiness, and clarity. Here you will have the opportunity to explore consciousness through OSHO Active Meditations. They are revolutionary meditation methods divided into different stages, where the participant is invited in the first stages to activate his body energy through movements and breath, making stillness and silence much easier in the last stages.
You will begin the class with a gentle centering, acknowledging the natural power of the surroundings. Afterwards, you will start the practice of breathing and purifying techniques. Once your consciousness is opening, you will enter into a flow of specific series of body postures based on Vinyasa yoga (a gentle flow, or more dynamic depending on the students). You will work on bending, balancing, stretching, and twisting postures, connected with a deepened breath. The last part of the class is a guided meditation, where you are invited to surrender totally and move deeper into relaxation and peace.
Breath is life. Breath is the bridge between the body and the soul, between the visible and the invisible. You are born with a first breath, and you will leave this world with a last breath. When used with specific techniques that have been known for ages by shamans and yogis, it is an incredible tool to help release physical and emotional tensions and expand consciousness for a deeper understanding of who we are.

Please book your flight to arrive at Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (MPH). The fastest way to Boracay is to fly from Manila. There are also many flights to Kalibo. You may also take the Manila-Kalibo flight.
An adventurous but more leisurely and romantic way to travel to Boracay is by ferry from Manila to Caticlan or Dumaguit, near Kalibo. The travel time is about 17 hours.
