Styleoga have chosen the Irpinia region for this retreat because its vast green and uncontaminated areas make it the perfect place to get back in control of yourself, with its barely known places rich in history and culture surrounded by breathtaking naturalistic views, passing through family-run small farms and cellars still using traditional methods yet producing highest quality products which are recognized all over the world such as, wines, extra virgin olive oil, cheese, truffle, and much more.

You will visit some of these rare realities and taste their best produce. The Irpinia region also offers some of the most beautiful and characteristic villages on the peninsula which you will visit whilst following your body and mind revitalization program.

The food served during the retreat will be prepared fresh with seasonal organic fresh products chosen personally by our resident chef. You will be served daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks, drinks during meals, and water are also included in the retreat package.

There are outdoor adrenalin-inducing activities also known as extreme sports, carried out in complete safety under the supervision of expert certified professional partners. Such activities are fundamental in learning to break through your limits and face your fears. You can join these activities at additional costs starting from 100 EUR.

The spa visit is included in the price, should you require a massage kindly let us know in advance, massages are not included and incur an extra cost.
