During this training, you will be staying in Mana Villa. Mana's extensive range of accommodation is designed to provide a unique experience for everyone. They take pride in their tropical gardens and all their rooms are placed to enhance the green. From the deluxe bungalows to their garden rooms, you’ll find something for you. Moving beyond “regular” accommodation, they have established a community that is open to all guests, including drop-in yoga, spa, restaurant, bar and cinema.

This 200Hr Yoga teacher training focuses on 3 areas. The development of your personal Yoga practice, the study of Yoga ideas in detail, and the development of your communication to translate this into effective teaching.

Stefan Camilleri Yoga will teach alignment-based Vinyasa, a style utilizing the latest information about movement between postures and physical alignment. Based on the timeless traditions of classical yoga, they offer the modern perspective with the priority to make your practice more efficient and keep your students safe. They believe that the yoga practice should be holistic and never cause harm, and that posture can be modified to suit the needs of the practitioner. Stefan Camilleri Yoga also explore ideas from Iyengar yoga to give the body an opportunity to realign and adjust into better and more effective posture. They explore the ideas of action and counter action as well as modern vs classical alignment in posture.

The first step to this transformation is the development of a strong and intelligent personal practice. Focusing on posture, movement, meditation and pranayama your morning Sadana (practice) you will rewire your practice to be stronger and more expressive. You then take this even further in the evening workshops as you go into detail, helping you understand how and why you do different things in posture and movement. Then utilize your comprehensive yoga teacher training manual to study and have conversations about the details of yoga practice including but not limited to discussions on philosophy, anatomy, teaching skills, Yoga industry, lifestyle and much more.

Finally, bring your knowledge and newly found practice together by developing specific communication and teaching concepts, transforming you into an effective teacher. Practice your communication daily with teaching games, group teaching, improvisation and even roll play to experiment with and find your voice as a teacher. These exercises are not only important for your development, but are a heap of fun, they at times allow us to have a good laugh while helping develop your voice as a teacher.

Patanjali Yoga Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 (Yoga)
Stefan lives and breathes yoga education and his passion for sharing his knowledge has taken him all over the globe. With over 1400 hours of training behind him, and over 1700 hours of delivering yoga teacher trainings, Stefan in certified with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT500, YACEP (continuing education provider) and runs this, his RYS200 (Registered Yoga School). Beyond that, Stefan has experience with teaching specialist workshops, retreats, trainings & masterclasses all around the world.
Sara Zavic
Sara blends traditional Eastern practice with modern anatomical knowledge to combine dynamic and static movements to help find ease and accessibility for various levels. She sets the tone of working intimately with the breath so students can make subtle adjustments through detailed action alignment cueing. Sara is extremely dedicated to her practice and continuing education, and through multiple trainings in India and Melbourne, she has developed a precise eye to detail and alignment, which she uses to encourage practitioners to move in a way that is more mindful and aware.

Destino del retiro

This training will take place in Kuta, on the island of Lombok, near Bali, Indonesia. Lombok is just like Bali 40 years ago. It's for the explorer, the traveler, and the adventurer. However, rest assured as it also has the amenities and comfortable accommodation for those who wish to have both. More importantly, when you visit Kuta, you will notice the genuine hospitality which makes it such an amazing place.

Daily breakfast is included in the total cost of this training. Your breakfast will consist of assortment of fruit, juice and tea after practice every morning. Breakfast also includes main menu like toast and eggs or vegan options of granola and etc. For lunch and dinner, vegetarian local and international food are available as well as a great selection local and international food just a few minutes down the road. You will often eat as a group, while having the option to take time to yourselves when needed.

South Lombok has some of the best beginner to intermediate waves in Indonesia, plus a few for the advanced, including the Desert Point. While staying at this retreat, you will have the chance to surf to your heart's content without having to worry about anything.

A dedicated crew of local surfers from Kimen Surf will pick you up, drive you, sail you, or carry you (if necessary) to the best break of the day and make sure you have a great time. You will have your own personal instructor and a little video will also be made to show you what a great experience it is.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Lombok International Airport (LOP). Transfers can be organized through Mana either from the airport or at the local port at your own expense. You can also take a taxi from the airport to the venue.
