During this retreat, you will be staying in a rustic Canarian villa where the traditional atmosphere meets modern convenience. The spacious four-bedroom villa has a pool, overlooking the dreamy volcanic landscape and amazing sunrise and sunset views. The bedrooms spread on one level around a courtyard.
All rooms are spacious and comfortable and you can choose from a shared twin room with shared bathroom, en-suite single room, or an en-suite double room with exit to the pool area.
This is a small boutique retreat center to ensure you personalized service and support you every step of the way to your transformation.
This retreat is dedicated to your well-being on all levels and to complement the rest of the program, you will enjoy tasty whole food plant-based diet and learn how to make these delicious meals yourself in a vegan cooking workshop.

The yoga practice will be a perfect balance of gentle flow, Hatha, and Yin yoga practiced on a beautiful villa terrace overlooking the wild volcanic landscape of Fuerteventura.
The program also includes a vegan cooking workshop where you will learn how to prepare nutritious and delicious meals yourself, find out about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle, and learn how to optimally nourish your body on a whole plant-based diet.
The classes are a creative and gently-paced type of flow yoga which brings balance to your body and mind. The movements are linked to the breath and classes are started with a number of sun salutations to warm and prepare your bodies for more intense stretching done towards the end of the class. The practice is gentle yet invigorating with plenty of modifications suitable for all levels.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses which are held for longer periods of time (5 minutes or more) and work on your ligaments, fascia, tendons, and even bones, improving energy flow through the meridians in your body.
Get to know yourself and find inner peace through stillness or movement. Enjoy your guided meditation like yoga Nidra and also moving meditations like dancing in nature or mindful walking.

This retreat will take place in a villa in Lajares, Spain. Lajares is a quaint and trendy little village nestled among the volcanoes of the north of Fuerteventura, on the way to the beaches of El Cotillo. Its main attraction is the Saturday's arts and crafts market. There are numerous cafes and restaurants you can choose from as well as a supermarket.
The abundance of sunny days, mild climate, endless sandy beaches, impressive sand dunes, and mysterious volcanic landscape make Fuerteventura one of the perfect holiday destinations and a paradise for water sports all year round. The island was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and will amaze you with more than 100 kilometers of untouched coastline.

Stayonmat will prepare hearty and nourishing vegan meals - all conscientiously designed, locally sourced, and organic (when possible). The kitchen is inspired by world cuisine from Indian, Spanish, to Moroccan. Breakfasts include fresh fruits, oatmeal, vibrant smoothies, pastries, preserves, and herbal teas.
Stayonmat loves creamy curries, roasted sweet potatoes, heaps of fresh and colorful salads, quinoa tabboulehs, avocados, and chickpeas in every form. To end meals on a sweet note, be prepared for tantalizing raw vegan desserts.
