Tenderness Guest House is a simple, basic, and clean accommodation nestled in the forest of Auroville. Private room (with attached toilet) and shared room accommodation options are available for this training. The rooms have a shared bathroom and a common kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Expand your practice and learn the secrets and knowledge of Authentic yoga in simple, scientific, and direct manner. Speak to the master and choose any aspect of yoga you wish to increase the depth of your knowledge or any subject you wish to learn more about. After this course, you will be qualified to train and certify 500-hour yoga and meditation teachers.

During this teacher training course, the following techniques are applied in order to accomplish personal transformation for yourself and your future students. You will be equipped with both yoga and meditation teacher training knowledge and certification. This teacher training will help you take your knowledge and teachings to the next level with more tools.

Time meditation

Time meditation is transformational integral meditation education. It combines body meditation, prana meditation, mind meditation, psychic meditation, and more to transform oneself and connect one with the higher self of para nature, under the guidance and blessings of the divine, leading to a permanent shift in consciousness that is moving and transcending continuously towards the larger truths of life.

It creates harmony, peace, and manifests positively, not only activating one’s own inner guidance but helping and supporting the endeavor to evolve constantly towards a positive manifestation of higher forces in practical living.

Meditation

Meditation, yoga Nidra, and other relaxation techniques are included in the meditation teacher training course in order to give you an experience of your pure nature, in which your ego dissolves and you'll find inner silence. You will be introduced to dynamic Osho meditations, Raja, Zen, and Karma yoga meditation, as well as silent walking meditation. In addition to this, you will learn a variety of tools to help unlock your inner wisdom and access your true potential.

Mantra

The science of vibration will be explored during the teacher training. Mantra chanting generates vibrations which are fundamental tools for altering the psyche and producing a tranquil and balanced mind. In yogic practices, the growth of awareness progresses with the help of these vibrations.

By cleansing the mind with mantras, decision making becomes clearer and observation power is awakened. Purification leads to improved concentration and a calm focused mind. Mantras will be translated and clearly explained.

Asana

Asana training and practice is your opportunity to examine the asanas in depth and learn safe hands-on adjustments, modifications, and precise alignment. These asanas can be modified and are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced and offer a holistic approach to health while focusing on chakra activation, back strengthening, ab strengthening, and a standing series.

Two asana classes a day are taught; one for your personal practice and development and one teaching you how to teach others. You also have the opportunity to get supervised teaching practice. You will come away with a thorough knowledge of the asana sequences and the physical aspects of yoga, such as anatomy and physiology.

Pranayama

Discover the healing potential of your breath. Breathing techniques are an essential component of Hatha yoga. Benefits include improved concentration, more energy, deeper sleep, and reduced stress levels. Not only does it feed the brain, it also revitalizes the body since breath is the bridge between the body and the mind.

    Swami Vidyanand is a renowned yoga master and the founder of Transformational yoga, an innovative yogic system that synthesizes techniques of Hatha, white, Tantra, Raja, mantra, Ashtanga, and Kundalini yoga to bring about rapid transformation. His signature system is inspired by the integral yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, and was developed when he taught yoga for more than a decade at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Delhi branch.
