Wybalena Organic Farm is a large architecturally-designed farm house with four bedrooms, swimming pool, and numerous outdoor decks. The house has a stunning 20-seat dining table, perfect for group dinners and a stylish communal lounge room. Adjoining buildings include another three dormitory-style bedrooms and three two-bedroom cabins.

Basic room

Basic room is a twin-occupancy room (two beds) in a dormitory style. It is located in the wing adjacent to the main farmhouse with shared bathroom and suitable for guests on a budget. The bathroom is shared by up to six guests.

Double / queen room

Guests will enjoy the privacy of their own double / queen bedroom in the main farmhouse or a self-contained 2-bedroom cabin with shared bathroom (shared by maximum two guests) and living space.

King room

King room is suitable for couples. Guests will enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed plus en-suite bathroom in the main farmhouse.

Amanda Zdanowicz
Amanda’s yoga journey followed her corporate career from London to Sydney and ultimately to Brisbane, incorporating many styles of practice along the way including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Vinyasa. After completing her teacher training with Julie Smerdon at Shri Yoga in 2012, Amanda finally left the corporate world in 2014 to realize her dream of establishing SoHo Yoga and sharing the many benefits of this life affirming practice with others. An eternal student of yoga, Amanda completed her Level II (500 hours) certification with Being Yoga in 2015.

Wybalena, meaning home or resting place, is a 170-acre organic farm located in Byron Shire, Australia. It is a stunning property with rolling green hills, bushland, two spring-fed creeks, and several large dams. The property, with its natural beauty, serenity, and pristine air and water, provides an ideal space to relax, rejuvenate, learn new skills, connect with others, and enjoy life.

The team at Wybalena practice permaculture, organic farming, and sustainability. The majority of the meals served are sourced from produce grown on the farm. All meals are vegetarian and gluten free (with vegan options). The sample menu would look like this:

  • Breakfast: muesli, fruit, yogurt, toast, tea, and coffee
  • Lunch: roast vegetables, hummus, and salad
  • Dinner: vegetarian curry with rice and salad
