Your accommodation for this retreat will be nearby to the SauYoga Meditation Centre and the accommodation style will be completely traditional which will follow simple living required for training. As Nashik has a cold environment, air-conditioning will not be provided in the simple living accommodation because you are required to be more focus inside your body than furnishing outer physical, non-permanent things.

In this 15-day program, you will be taken to the deep levels of the mind and soul. The course will start with the learning of different meditation techniques and also understand and working on brain waves. As brain waves are important for ascending into the deep levels of meditation, it is important to know how to reach the levels without any effort.

The program is designed in such a way that everyone will understand every aspect of the intermediate / experts in the meditation. The advantage of this course is even if you will get real exposure to meditation and deep levels of meditation, chakras, and aura, you will also learn mantras and much more as mentioned in the curriculum.

Meditation is a practice where an individual trains their mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content or as an end in itself. It is the doorway towards awakening!
