Let Dorothy help you refine your practice, develop your discipline and teach you how to let go of stress (even lifelong held stress). In the mornings, explore the energetically balanced fluidity of Hatha and Hatha Flow yoga and in the afternoons enjoy a slow, deeply inward turning practice. Dorothy is skilled at leading multilevel classes; always giving plenty of verbal cues and modification options throughout classes. Nurture with meals and snacks from a delicious vegetarian cuisine. Farming the land and producing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables for the community and greater community is central to the lives on Stowel Lake Farm. The work brings them all together in a healthy and vibrant manner that nourishes their lives on all levels. Stowel Lake Farm has been certified organic since 1992. They save many varieties of snap and shelling peas, heirloom tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, lettuce, salad greens, beets, green beans, dry beans, radishes, scallions, onions, leeks, winter squash, flowers, and herbs. Continuing to grow new and interesting varieties and expanding their seed stock they keep growing varieties for you to enjoy

Arrival by airplane

The closest airport is Victoria International Airport (YYJ).

Arrival by ferry

The easiest way to get to Salt Spring from Vancouver is on the 10:10 sailing from Tsawwassen on Friday morning. It arrives at Long Harbour / SSI at 13:10. If you are planning to travel by car on this Tsawwassen / Long Harbour Ferry, please make a reservation as soon as possible. You might want to leave on the same route that leaves from Long Harbour in the afternoon or evening on Sunday. Walk-ons dont have to reserve.

If you are coming from Vancouver and the above option does not work for you, then you could opt to take the following sailing from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay and get a through pass to Fulford Harbour / SSI. You cant make a reservation on this ferry.

If you are coming from Nanaimo or Duncan area, you will want to come by Crofton / Vesuvius (SSI). You cant make a reservation on this ferry.

These ferries are very busy on the Fridays so plan to travel early if you dont have a reservation.
