Santhi Yoga International Teachers Training and research Foundation is a unit of Santhi Yoga Charitable Society. The institution focuses on promoting yoga at national and international levels by developing a team of well equipped, disciplined, and dedicated yoga teachers. The one month intensive residential course is unique as it offers students the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the study and practice of classical Hatha yoga, while experiencing daily life in a highly spiritual atmosphere.

The course is based on the ancient traditional Gurukula system in which the students live with their teachers. It is intensive and requires tremendous amount of discipline as students not only learn the theory and philosophy of yoga but also practice asanas, pranayama, yogic kriyas, and meditation on a day to day basis as the aim of the course is to encompass the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of yoga.

The broad curriculum offers comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of yoga as well as the keys to living a healthy life-style mentally, physically, and spiritually. It is a perfect comprehensive course for any one ready to take their yoga practice to a deeper and more meaningful level or teach others about the wonderful benefits of yoga. In keeping with the ancient yogic tradition, students will be encouraged to take part in spiritual practices such as mantra chanting, Karma yoga, vedantic studies, and meditation.

    Nidhish has selected the promotion and propagation of yoga as his mission. He has proved his excellence in imparting yogic vision of life among people by helping them to understand the true meaning of life and to educate how to unify the body, mind, and soul. As a skilled yoga therapist, Nidhish also serves as a teaching faculty member of the Tamil Nadu Physical Education University, Vaikom Center.

    Dr. M R Gopalakrishanan Nair is an authority in Raja yoga and naturopathy. He is also a faculty member of MG University, Kottayam. He is a renowned yoga teacher, an orator, naturopath, counselor, and author of many books.

This teacher training program will be conducted in a beautiful Hosana Mount Heritage home at Edamattom, near Bharananganam in Kottayam district, a beautiful complex completely made in wood in accordance with the Kerala Architecture (Vastu) in the luxury of nature, spreading over 10 acres of land with greenery all over. It is a unique and ideal centre for the study and practice of yoga as a devine discipline.
