Quaternity is all about that homemade experience. We create a space where you can feel safe to open up, a place for individual time with each teacher, get all the assistance you need while experimenting with your own teaching techniques. Our groups range from 8-15 people per training. We have 4 teachers per training. Each teacher prepares you drawing from their own personal experience, allowing your unique expression to be a vehicle for teaching, so you are ready to go out and teach in the most authentic way.

Quaternityoga Spain Yoga Teacher Training Program

Quaternity Yoga School belongs to a family of Yoga Alliance International and offers Intensive Teacher Training RYS 200, yoga preparatory courses, and variety of Top Ups yoga courses to expand awareness and to build a strong foundation for personal and spiritual development, to be together with like-minded people, to nourish, and renew.

The courses emphasize quality and care in teaching, experiential approach, sense of compassion for yourself and others, guiding without interfering, listening to your own body, teaching without expecting, using different aspects of yoga to work with four realms of human being which are body, mind, emotion, and psyche to connect to the inner teacher.

Your journey may start from Yoga Preparatory Course, or from Intensive Teacher Training. You may be interested in becoming flexible, healthy, positive and open, relaxed and focused. Maybe you want to know different aspects of yoga science and how to apply them in your life for your own benefits or maybe you have a sincere need to help others. Whatever is the reason why you want to start, come to the common ground of Quaternity.

Lindita Maria
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Kundalini Yoga)
Lindita has an E-RYT 200-hour experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She began her journey with yoga at the age of 13 after traveling to the Ashram of Swami Satyananda Saraswati in India. After meeting Swami Niranjanada, she became inspired to learn yoga. At the age of 15, she completed her first teacher training in Kundalini yoga. She decided to finish her high school in North India where she practiced yoga and studied Raag and mantra.
Sarah Lilia Jolanta Sarbjot
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Yoga)
Sarbjot Lilia Jolanta is an E-RYT 200-hour experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance that has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She studied and taught yoga for many years in British Columbia, Canada. Her spiritual path began with Tibetan Buddhism and she developed a deep understanding of Vipassana practice and advanced meditative techniques.
Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Hatha Yoga)
Tina is a E-RYT 200-hour registered yoga teacher and has been a disciplined yogini for more than twenty years. Her life evolves as yogic lifestyle. The journey started with B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga that gave her good foundation for every day Hatha practice. Then, going through several yoga styles like Kundalini, Sivananda, and Himalayan yoga, studying in Poland and India with the best teachers from these traditions.
Lucy Field-Richards
Lucy is a horse-riding obsessed Pilates teacher and runs a success horse-rider fitness business, Ride Fit Equestrian. She helps clients both one on one and in groups improve their fitness, biomechanics, and well-being. She fell in love with yoga when looking for a new form of exercise after an ankle injury made her unable to run again. She has been hooked ever since and had the honor of training to be a yoga teacher with Quaternity. Yoga has changed her life and she is passionate about sharing the magic of yoga with others.

This retreat will take place in Canary Island, Tenerife, Spain. Mandala de Masca bears a unique and breathtaking six hectares of private mountain terrain is situated in a beautiful valley on the Canary Island of Tenerife, only 28 degrees north of the Equator. Six hectares of private mountain terrain located in the beautiful Valley of Masca (Teno Natural Park) and is only 45 minutes from the main airport of Tenerife. Masca is best known for its natural beauty, unspoiled views, and authenticity.
