During this teacher training, you will stay in a shared room with two beds per room, one bathroom to share between two rooms, separate toilets. You will share a beautiful yoga space overlooking the Alberes mountains, a terrace where you eat outside together when warm and a dinning room with an open kitchen. The house is cozy and comfortable with a garden, pool and fifteen min walk to the mountains and ten min walk to the village.

The “Quaternity Yoga Teacher Training” it’s a gift for you, for your body, and your mental well-being. The trainers will be there to support you in building self-confidence, to dive deep into your own practice, to design and lead yoga classes for others, and to express yourself as a yoga teacher.

You will enjoy a space where yoga means in its totality the process of becoming aware. The awareness is an integral part of human consciousness. Yoga adopts different methods; the practices of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, Kriya, Kundalini, mantra, nada, laya, and other yogas.

The purpose of this training will be for you to understand the essence of yoga in all of its individual aspects; while practicing asana, pranayama, or meditative practices, you will naturally come to meditative state and experience it. This meditative state means continuous awareness of the actions and interactions on the level of body, mind, senses, emotions, and feelings; the state where the entire human nature is involved.

Development of the meditative attitude in the performance of actions, is the real thing, an integrated understanding of yoga. The goal is that you will leave transformed, inspired, and fully prepared as a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificated yoga instructor.

During this training, you will adopts different methods like asana practices, pranayama, mudra, bandha, kriya, kundalini, mantra, nada, laya, and other subjects. The purpose will be for you to understand the essence of yoga in all of its individual aspects while practicing asana, pranayama, or meditative practices.

All the yoga techniques will be taught thought the spirit of the four great branches of yoga; Bhakti, Jnana, Karma, and Raja yoga. You will also enjoy tailored and adjusted classes based on your goals and needs in small groups with an ashram-style living by cooking and cleaning together with the group.

Admission requirements

With an open heart, Quaternityoga welcomes both beginner and intermediate level yogis. Students can be a 200-hour yoga teacher training certified graduate or be a beginner in their approach towards yoga.

    Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Kundalini Yoga)

    Lindita has an E-RYT 200-hour experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She began her journey with yoga at the age of thirteen after traveling to the Ashram of Swami Satyananda Saraswati in India. After meeting Swami Niranjanada, she became inspired to learn yoga. At the age of fifteen, she completed her first teacher training in Kundalini yoga. She decided to finish her high school in North India where she practiced yoga and studied Raag and mantra.

    Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Yoga)

    Sarbjot Lilia Jolanta is an E-RYT 200-hour experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance that has been teaching yoga for over twenty years. She studied and taught yoga for many years in British Columbia, Canada. Her spiritual path began with Tibetan Buddhism and she developed a deep understanding of Vipassana practice and advanced meditative techniques.

    Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Hatha Yoga)

    Tina is a E-RYT 200-hour registered yoga teacher and has been a disciplined yogini for more than twenty years. Her life evolves as yogic lifestyle. The journey started with B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga that gave her good foundation for every day Hatha practice. Then, going through several yoga styles like Kundalini, Sivananda, and Himalayan yoga, studying in Poland and India with the best teachers from these traditions.

This teacher training will be held at a cozy and comfortable house or villa in Languedoc Roussillon, France. Languedoc Roussillon is located where the sea and the mountains meet surrounded by lore and relics of ancient Cather’s. This area is known as a spiritual hub for many traditions. The beautiful light inspired many artists such as Picasso and Dali. The place it's also surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, cascades, and hiking trails.

We are food lovers and we love to feed people! We use only the freshest and local products we can get our hands on. The abundance of herbs that grow wild in this area is amazing. We are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are vegetarian, fish and sea food upon request, also with options for vegans, and gluten free. It is a Yogic Diet with Mediterranean flavor !

During your free time, you can visit near places like a pharmacy, the post office, a small store and bakery, and cafes. You can also enjoy a relaxing time in the nice garden or the wonderful pool.
