You will be staying at the Red Mountain Resort. Set amidst the gorgeous landscape of the red rock cliffs and canyons of warm and sunny southern Utah, the resort has everything you need to relax, renew, and rediscover your passion for yoga and adventure.
The resort offers comfortable deluxe room and villas. Each of the accommodations features earth tones and eco-friendly materials that complement the astonishing red rock mountains surrounding the resort, and all rooms are non-smoking.
In addition to complimentary Wi-Fi, computers are available in the guest lounge for your full use (including boarding pass printing). Coin-operated laundry facilities and ice vending machines are available too.
The resort offers a host of outdoor activities like golfing, mountain biking, hiking, etc. along with healthy life classes and events. They have a full-menu spa and salon, a state-of-the-art Cybex equipment and cardiovascular center, three whirlpools, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spiral labyrinth, and walking trails.
This retreat includes yoga, hiking, biking, and resort activities like the use of indoor and outdoor pools, bicycles, walking trails, and strength and cardio studio. Located just a short drive from Zion and Bryce Canyon, you can also explore the epic beauty of these great national parks as a customized excursion, for an extra cost. You will enjoy multiple yoga class offerings in the morning and late afternoon with Stacy and Amy, as well as meditation under the stars.
Class offerings will be suitable for all levels and will range from challenging Vinyasa to gentle Restorative yoga as well as workshops to deepen and reﬁne your practice. There will be ample time to lay by the pool, get pampered at the award-winning spa, or choose your own outdoor adventure. Amy signed up for a meditation retreat in 1986 after learning that the Beatles had been touting its benefits a generation earlier. In 1994, she found herself on a meditation retreat in Nepal where she discovered and fell for yoga. She is an active volunteer with Yoga for Recovery, bringing yoga to female inmates and Prenatal yoga to expectant inmates at Cook County Jail. She completed both level I and II teacher training at Yogaview in Chicago where she currently teaches and practices.

Stacy is a certified yoga instructor and wellness coach based in Chicago. She has been a dedicated student of yoga and meditation since 2001 and working in the wellness field for over a decade. Stacy completed both her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training at Yogaview. Additionally, she is a contributor to wellness blogs and brand ambassador for Lululemon Athletica. Stacy's passion for yoga comes from the profound transformation and self-awareness that the practice has offered her. She is sincerely grateful for the opportunity to share her love of yoga and hopes to inspire others.

You can start your day with a healthy hike. Below is information to help you choose which hike is the best-suited for you. These hikes are available for 95 USD per person.
These are moderately aerobic mid-level hikes with short breaks for photo opportunities. You will encounter a variety of trails designed to push mid-level hikers. The trails include slick rock, washes, and some rocky, uneven terrains. Previous hiking experience recommended. Distances vary between three and a half to five and a half miles. The maximum elevation gain is 765 feet.
These hikes are intense and fast paced with occasional breaks. Endurance hikers must have the confidence to move quickly over uneven terrain in an unfamiliar landscape, navigate wilderness trails, steep slick rock, desert washes, and uneven rocky terrain. Please check with the outdoor recreation staff before undertaking this hike. The distance varies between five to eight miles with an elevation change up to 1500 feet.
These hikes are excellent for beginners. You will have the time to admire the scenery with stops for photos and guide interpretations. The terrain is manageable because of pace with some paved walking paths as well as unpaved trails with red rock, sand, and lava rock. Distances vary between two and a half to four miles with an average elevation change of 350 feet.
The stress hike will teach you to better understand the mind and body connection in relation to everyday stressors and the fight-or-flight response. The pound puppy hike is perfect for anyone who misses their four-legged best friend. After greeting the dogs at the Ivins "No Kill" animal shelter, you enjoy a one and a half mile hike with them at the base of Red Mountain.
Take a bike on the leisurely, gradual uphill six-mile bike ride to the Kayenta Desert community on the Kayenta Coffee Cruise. Enjoy seasonal guided evening walks on the inspiration trail where you can enjoy the camaraderie of other guests. This activity is dog-friendly. For early risers, there is a seasonal sunrise explorer and sunrise challenge hike, to see the morning sun light coming up the desert. Flora and fauna fans will enjoy the Red Hills Desert garden walks.
A hike for all levels, through Utah's beautiful red rock wilderness. Climb to the top of the camelback and breathe in the beauty of stunning views and geological formations. The hike is available for 95 USD per person and lasts for about four hours.
This challenging hike traverses four miles of sandstone, sand, and basalt through the rarely traveled back country of Snow Canyon State Park. You will visit ancient petroglyph sites and experience breathtaking vistas. This activity takes about four hours and is available seasonally for 95 USD per person.
Prepare to go underground as the sun sets in Snow Canyon State Park. You will learn about the geologic forces that created this unique series of tubes and caves. This evening explorer hike is a two mile long round trip with a varying terrain of sandstone, lava rock, and loose sand. This is available for 60 USD per person and is a two-hour activity.

A multi-disciplinary approach combining the skill and physical challenge of an outdoor recreation experience with aspects of meditative and stress reduction techniques to focus an individual's attentions, emotions, and physical needs, to live in the moment. The moon is your guide on this truly unique adventure through Paradise Canyon. Be sure to stop and listen to the night sounds as you make your way down the trail.

Deep in the heart of Snow Canyon State Park, this red sand trail takes you into a box canyon with towering cliffs, a destination that rewards you with incredible views. The hike is priced at 95 USD per person and lasts for about three hours.
Great views await those skilled enough to take on another challenging hike. Providers can arrange individual adventures for solo guests or small groups to some of the favorite trails, like Tuacahn Saddle or Gila Trail. Pricing varies based on each location and the number of people in the group.

The Bear Claw Poppy Trail is an off-road, single track mountain biking area suited to beginner and intermediate level. The providers can offer other rides in the area that are very challenging for the more experienced rider. Bring your own shoes and pedals if you wish. The activity is available all the year round for 255 USD per person.
This ride takes advantage of the peaceful evenings in Snow Canyon State Park. As you leave the resort, you will gradually ascend a paved trail. When you get to the gravel road, the uphill work-out is more vigorous, so your pace slows, and you will hear nature's sounds echoing from the Navajo Sandstone. The payoff is the fast and exciting descent back to Red Mountain Resort. Available for 95 USD this two and a half hours activity is available seasonally.
Join a Red Mountain guide for this introduction to the wonderful world of road biking. Leaving from the resort and using a combination of paved trail and roads your guides will take you on this two-hour ride. They will offer tips on how to make a road bike work, rules of the road, and bicycling etiquette. If you ever wanted to try road biking, look no further, this event offers an excellent opportunity to learn in a guided environment. This is available for 95 USD per person and lasts for about two hours.
Hike, climb, and zip line. Start with a moderately strenuous two and a half mile hike to take in panoramic views of Red Mountain to Zion National Park. Next, pass through a narrow slot canyon and meet the challenge of top roped climbs for your next escape. Take a 500-foot zip line to the next stop, where you can do a little climbing if you wish. This is priced at 250 USD per person.
A combination of hiking, climbing, scrambling, and rappelling as you squeeze through narrow sections of the slot canyon. The activity requires no experience, only teamwork and a sense of adventure. Lasting for six hours this activity is available all the year round for 250 USD per person.
