During this retreat, you will be accommodated at Yoga Niketan Ashram. You will stay in an ashram-style clean and safe single room. Double occupancy rooms will be available upon request.
Your 90-minute morning yoga practice will include Hatha, Kriya, Vinyasa, and Bhakti yoga as well as pranayama, and meditation. Meanwhile, the afternoon yoga practice will include Yin / Restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation as well as yoga Nidra for 90 minutes as well.
Please note that on days of excursions and sightseeing, the schedule will change. Om Sampoorn Yoga will inform you of such changes the day before.
During this retreat, you will enjoy excursions in the Himalayas such as sunrise meditation session and join Indian traditional ceremonies such as puja and aarti by the holy river Ganga. You will also participate in kirtan and visit temples and sacred caves.
Vimal is a certified international yogi and spiritual counselor from Rishikesh, the world’s capital of yoga. His studies with Swami Daram Das at the Sivananda Vedanta Academy and his one-year of sadhana alone in a cave have allowed him to become the guide students search for. They can learn and practice daily yogic teachings, ultimately enjoying a stress-free, peaceful life. Vimal’s objective is to spread health and love across the world through his authentic, energetic, yet sensitive teachings. He has been sharing his passion for yoga for over 10 years in India and other parts of Asia.
Elena is an internationally certified yogini who teaches Atma yoga, a holistic healing style created by Saul David Raye. Elena’s classes are open to all levels of students and include a dynamic flow of asana, pranayama, mantra, Ayurvedic tips, and meditation. Eclectic energy together with teachings from Bhakti, Tantra, and shamanism are at the core of her classes.
Om Sampoorn Yoga is centrally located in the heart of Rishikesh at the Yoga Niketan Ashram. Rishikesh is the world's capital of yoga. Situated by the sacred river Ganga with its majestic mountains, ancient temples, sadhus, and sacred ceremonies is the perfect environment to allow you to deeply immerse in yoga on and off the mat.
Three daily meals are included in the package. The meals are nourishing, yogic, and vegetarian.
Shopping is always an option.
Please book your flight to arrive at Dehradun airport (DED). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request.

There is a five-hour trip on Shatabdi Express from New Delhi railway station to Haridwar. You can then take a taxi from Haridwar to Rishikesh (one hour). Om Sampoorn Yoga will meet you at the ashram.
