Practice yoga among dolphins, the masters of breathing, during an exceptional week organized by a biologist and two yogis. In addition to the three daily dolphin’s excursions, the retreat offers yoga sessions. You will enjoy a dynamic practice specifically designed to help you develop a better flexibility to evolve gracefully with those animals, and pranayama workshops to learn to manage your breath and enjoy their company with calm and serenity.
More soft and meditative sessions will help you experience moments out of time, to explore your feelings and keep the memory of these meetings in you forever.

You will stay on the boat for the duration of the retreat. The Nooraya is a 29 meters long and 7 meters wide yacht that includes 4 outside decks and a common space inside to share meals and rest.
Participants share en-suite cabins for two people. Each cabin has at least two single beds, storage, and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. It also has at least a porthole and a fan.
It is also possible to sleep under the stars on the upper deck.
Nooraya offers you to go swimming, snorkelling and/or freediving with wild dolphins every day, using zodiacs to travel in the bay and using only a mask, a snorkel and fins to meet the dolphins underwater (no compressed air tanks). The length of the encounters with dolphins varies... Each encounter takes place in their environment, therefore on their terms. In order to ensure the best moments of encounter while respecting the dolphins, we will hold an informative briefing where we will explain our code of non-intrusive conduct to adopt in the water. Experienced divers and guides accompany the group of swimmers, snorkelers and freedivers, for safety and for fun. A snack is served after each excursion

The retreat takes place in Sataya Bay, in the Red Sea, far from the agitation in the North of the country. The Nooraya team will pick you up at Marsa Alam airport and take you to the marina of Hamata , located in a majestic and unspoiled region, where you will embark on the Nooraya yacht and navigate about 40 kilometers off the South Egyptian coast to get to Sataya Bay. The lagoon is formed and protected by a coral reef.
Meals and all the snacks are provided and included in the price of the retreat. A sweet and salty breakfast, a lunch and a dinner are served in buffet style, offering a variety of dishes (including vegetables, meat and various starch and dessert). The kitchen is both Egyptian and Western.
In addition to the swims with dolphins, you will be offered the opportunity to go and snorkel by the coral reef, and observe its myriad of inhabitants. You will also have the possibility to go scubadiving to see other interesting sites in the bay (scuba dives are not included in the package of the stay).
Please book your flights to Marsa Alam Airport (RMF). The meeting point is at the Marsa Alam Airport arrivals hall. A shuttle will pick you up to take you to the port of Hamata, where the Nooraya will await you. The organizer will send you the exact time of pick up from Marsa Alam airport.
Marsa Alam is connected by road to Hurghada and Edfu (between Luxor and Aswan), so feel free to pair this holiday with a stay on the Nile, or visit Lake Nasser and Abu Simbel temples.
