The method follows traditional teaching of Vinyasa Krama, a system of progressions chosen to serve the gentle unfolding and integration of your body and mind, and expands from there.
You will learn the tools like proper alignment, creative, yet intelligent method of sequencing, hands-on adjustments and assists, modifications and adaptations, pranayama, mantra, mudra, yoga Nidra, and learn how to use those tools to create safe, meaningful, and mindful yoga practice.
To be eligible to participate in the program, you need to have at least one year of continuous yoga practice. You might require to send a recommendation letter from your main yoga teacher.
If your application is accepted, Nina Vukas Yoga requires some pre-training, reading, and studies to be completed (an online anatomy course, videos, and documentaries). Nina Vukas Yoga will send you all additional info upon receiving your reservation fee.
The schedule above is just an example. There might be some changes in the schedule to fit Sri Yoga Shala's daily yoga class schedule.
