The retreat center provides a jungle and family environment, which is also a perfect living space away from home. The retreat lies on the lap of the Nagarjun foothills, where you will be provided with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It has a beautiful garden full of green grass, flowers, and hammocks.

The entrance is covered by a curve of trees surrounding the jungle. The retreat has yoga and meditation halls. One is in a terrace with the capacity of 20 people. This gives you a breathtaking view of the village, the hills beyond, and the Himalayas. The other is inside the garden, surrounded by the trees, and has a capacity of 50 people. The center has a vegetarian restaurant as well as a well-equipped wooden dining hall in the terrace where 100 people can adjust at once.

It has a wonderful lit view of Kathmandu at night. It has three tent houses with bathrooms outside and 16 deluxe rooms, which consists of attached bathrooms equipped with hot and cold showers. The rooms are with single and double beds where Western-style attached private showers and toilets, ceiling fans, and a couple of chairs are available. All the 16 guest rooms, with its individual verandas, are facing towards the east.

Each and every room gets sunlight early in the morning. The private single room comes with a balcony and private bath, perfect for that self-pampering retreat. The double rooms also have balconies for you to hang out. These rooms have two beds, one king size, and one single bed.

The word "chakra" comes from the Sanskrit name, which means wheel or "Wheel of Life". There are seven main energy centers in your body. These seven chakras are the wheels of energy that keep you vibrant, healthy, and alive. The vital force of the energy is called Prana that comes from practicing yoga. By awakening chakras and by combining special techniques of yoga, prana, meditation, acupuncture, crystal, Reiki, kaya healing, massage, reflexology, singing bowl or sound healing, you will be vibrant, active, healthy, and physically and emotionally alive.

When chakras are unbalanced or blocked, it affects your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being in ways as confusion, depression, imbalances, and low energy. Your swami ji, yoga teacher, naturopathy doctor can help clear yourself and balance the energy, also improve overall mind, body, and spirit. The primary goal of this yoga and healing chakra retreat is to heal and balance all seven chakras for vitality, positive energy, and to clear blockages in an excellent way!
