You will be staying at the lovely Chateau Perroterie 'Le Manior'. The accommodation is modern, comfortable, and spacious with a self-catering facilities for lunch including a BBQ. Le Manoir was originally the 'Masters House' which has been fully restored and extended and can now accommodate up to 20 people in its 8 large bedrooms - all are en-suite. It has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 very large sitting / recreation / dining rooms with doors leading out to extensive terracing allowing outdoor relaxation for barbecuing, eating, and drinking. It has its own private swimming pool with sun terracing and is surrounded by lawns and gardens.
You will be following a set of pranayama routine in the morning followed by the Ashtanga led half primary practice. In the evenings, you will relax with a Yin yoga practice and meditation.
For those of you that would like to try Ashtanga, but feel intimidated by the sequence, the practice can be adapted for beginners who enjoy a challenge. Let MindBody YOGA know to discuss this before booking.

Tracy has been studying yoga since 2000. She is passionate about yoga that makes her passionate about teaching yoga. For Tracy, yoga is a science, it is an inner science of balance. It is about paying attention and finding the parts of yourself that are out of sync then using the appropriate yogic practice to bring yourself back to center. The practice brings a lightness of being, helping you feel more whole, revitalized, and clear in mind. After a lot of study and experimentation, she has have fallen in love with both the Ashtanga and Yin systems of yoga, which are complementary practices.
Chateau Perroterie is situated in the Hamlet of La Perroterie in the South-west of France, and is superbly located for travel and touring. It's situated on top of a hill with 360 degree views of stunning countryside in the region of Lot and Garonne in the province of Aquitaine, near Duras, France. The property is surrounded by 25 acres of gardens, fields, and woodlands, with a lake nearby. Duras is the nearest town, which is 3 kilometers from the Chateau; it's a 5 minute drive, 10 minute cycle, and 35 minute walk. It has banks, shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The food will be catered and delivered by 3Cuisine who comes with a good reputation, and is able to cater to all diet requests. French lunch is the main meal and apparently you can dine out for 3 course lunches for very cheap. Therefore, lunch is not included in the price in order to give you opportunity to explore local food.
Flights are regular from both Edinburgh and Glasgow, and are very reasonable in price (especially from Edinburgh). You can choose to fly into either Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport (EGC) which is 35 minutes away or Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (BOD) which is 80 minutes away. It will cost approximately 65 EUR from Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport (EGC), and 80-130 EUR from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (BOD) for a taxi that caries 4 people with reasonable luggage.
