Our busy lives often bring stress and the feeling of “too much” and “never out” nor “have the time”. The mind becomes negative and poor diet causes fatigue, heavy body and mind. This retreat will focus on postures (asanas), technical breathing (pranayama), meditation and specific internal yogic cleanings with mud treatments to release your body and your mind of what makes them unclear and unhealthy. You will also get a private session of emotional release during the retreat. During these five days, detoxify your body and your spirit of toxins and unwanted thoughts. Free yourself from all this and start the year 2018 light and fresh. Be ready for the new year!

The retreat will take place on the beach. The accommodation is divided into 12 bamboo eco-lodge with en-suite bathroom. The yoga room and the restaurant are also on site. Three vegetarian meals per day are included in the package. You will benefit from the confort of this accommodation and will be able to spend time on the beach during your free time..
You will share a double room with another person or will stay in a private room.

Delphine a débuté le yoga à Paris. Mais le vrai déclic se fit lors d’un séjour en Inde. Une fois rentrée en France, elle prit des cours de Power yoga et adora la créativité et le dynamisme de ce style de yoga. Elle décida de retourner en Inde pour s’y former en tant que professeur lors d’une formation de 200 heures dans une école multi-style certifiée Yoga Alliance dans le Nord de Goa. Elle enseigna ensuite à Paris des cours particuliers et en groupe. Elle repart quelques mois plus tard en Inde pour faire une formation 90 heures certifiée Yoga Alliance en Yoga prénatal dans le Kerala.
Aman Mandeep Walia was born and raised in Northern India. At twenty years old, he went to live in the Osho commune in Pune and got introduced to Osho’s meditations. It was his first step into self-awareness. He did his first 200-hour teacher training course at Bihar yoga ashram in North East India. His longing for more made him go to the Himalayas to complete a second 200-hour teacher training course at Sivananda Vedanta ashram. After a few years, he decided to create his own yoga school in Goa and Rishikesh to teach others how to spread yoga as far as possible.
Goa is a highly touristic place in India thanks to its countless beaches adorned with coconut trees and its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Arambol is the most popular beach in North Goa. It offers extensive activities, yoga, meditation, dance, personal development training courses and workshops, therapies, concerts, shows. There is a community of westerners from the four corners of the world who live there each season for 6 months. Among them, there are yogis, musicians, artists, therapists, hippies and inveterate travelers.
Three vegetarian meals will be served from Monday morning to Saturday morning included. Meals are prepared on-site by a cook who knows how to combine the Indian flavors (tasty but not too spicy for the sensitive taste buds!) and a balanced diet to keep you in shape during your retreat. Meals are taken on the spot, you do not have to leave the site. On the other hand, feel free to explore other restaurants in the surrounding area during your day of rest, from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning.
The yogic diet is a vegetarian diet, without alcohol. India being a country largely vegetarian, delicious options abound and you will not be disappointed.
It is strongly recommended to maintain this diet and not to smoke (or use drugs) during the retreat.
