This will allow you to enjoy and evolve in the perfect environment for your study.

Whether you are just starting your journey or if you are a student who is already teaching and wants to deepen your knowledge, this course is perfect. La Casa Shambala prides themselves on teaching strong foundations. This course is being instructed by Eleonora Trani and Cristina Marie Navaretta of TriSatya Yoga. Trisatya is a Sanskrit word literally meaning “three truths.” It is said in the Vedas, ancient Indian texts, that the three truths of existence are creation, preservation, and destruction. TriSatya Yoga believes that yoga is meant for everybody in every corner of the world regardless of religion, background, gender, age, or body type.

TriSatya Yoga's mission is to bring the gift of yoga to those who may not seek it out or have these teachings and experiences accessible. The diverse and experienced team will make the yoga available in a nondogmatic, approachable, and authentic way. Unlike many western schools which tend to feel intimidating and exclusive, TriSatya Yoga hopes to bring people together, create community, and spread peace throughout the world.

TriSatya Yoga believes that yoga is an act of bravery as it requires one to face fears, truths, potentials, and limitations. TriSatya Yoga has spent many years studying with traditional masters in India and throughout the world to develop a solid knowledge base of the ancient traditions of yoga but TriSatya Yoga understands that some of these traditions must be adapted to fit into the modern world.

TriSatya Yoga is continuously evolving as a society and they believe that your yoga practice should evolve as you learn more about the human body and mind. With this mindset, TriSatya Yoga hopes to bring the three truths or trisatya to the world in a practical approachable way. TriSatya Yoga strives to create acceptance, preserve tradition, and destroy limitations.

At TriSatya Yoga, the teachings are linked to tradition while being adaptable in the modern world. TriSatya Yoga wishes to share the practical tools of yoga in order to face the reality of trisatya in a balanced way, the way of acceptance. TriSatya Yoga aspires to empower people from all walks of life and to experience a path that leads to realization and knowledge of their inner truth.
