A unique ocean based yoga retreat with a variety of SUP yoga, beach yoga, meditation, and organic food. Located on the beautiful Island of Bali at Sanur Beach, famous for it's white sandy beaches. Stand up paddle board yoga practice is set on the turquoise lagoon with a backdrop of local boats and mangroves.
Daily beach, land, and SUP yoga classes, generally an early yoga class followed by a mid morning SUP yoga class or SUP lagoon cruise. An organic lunch with fresh local juices are served at the villa, by the swimming pool. There is ample time to digest before the choice of an afternoon / evening yoga class / meditation or yoga philosophy talk. Be prepared to get wet, be prepared to have fun, but most of all be prepared for an experience of a lifetime!
This retreat is open to participants of all levels and ability of yoga and SUP yoga. Full tuition and instruction will be provided, including one on one coaching with a SUP instructor for beginners. This is a perfect opportunity to learn this addictive new activity in a fun and supportive environment.
Daily yoga classes
Two instructors, two styles of yoga - Hatha and Vinyasa flow. The classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced, as modifications are given throughout the class to be accessible to everyone. Your instructors will give you individual attention during the retreat to enhance your yoga experience; assisting with alignment, guiding you through breathing techniques and offering you support to grow in your practice.
SUP yoga
The fully qualified instructors carefully tailor their classes to the individual student’s abilities. Even if you’re relatively new to SUP Yoga, this is a perfect opportunity to learn in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. You will benefit from the individual attention that you may not always get in a non-retreat setting. All the equipment is provided and set up for you to enjoy your floating mat on the ocean.
SUP cruise / wave riding
This SUP activity is dependent on your preference to either learn how to ride waves on a SUP or, for a gentle, more meditative alternative, to cruise along flat water, exploring the coast. You will be in good hands, as the instructors have a strong background in water safety and rescue.
Beginners will learn how to do stand up paddle boarding with one on one coaching with a SUP instructor, those who are a little more advanced will learn how to improve their techniques and learn new skills.
SUP yoga workshop
This session will go through selected SUP yoga postures in detail and introduce some more challenging SUP yoga postures for you to practice under the guidance of the SUP yoga instructor. This is a fun workshop with lots of laughs guaranteed, where you may try something you never knew you could do before.

SUP lagoon cruise
The Sanur area boasts a beautiful lagoon considered to be SUP Paradise. Glide across the water without a ripple, pure bliss! This is a fantastic place to practice mindfulness whilst you’re floating on your board. Let all the stresses of modern day life float away.
