The ashram is a safe and powerful container for transformation, providing beneficial surroundings and care for every retreater's needs. The accommodation at Mahadevi Ashram is either shared room or private room.
The facilities at the ashram are on sharing basis which includes solar hot showers, a fully equipped vegetarian kitchen, a clear mountain creek with bathing pools, a cozy communal space with an inspiring mini library and fireplace, permaculture garden areas, Wi-Fi access, and free use of the yoga halls outside class hours. The premise is free of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, meat, and fish. Apart from that, the ashrams also have a stone-built, wood-fired steam room on site.
It is part of human nature to feel curious and to feel the need to explore. This program will allow you to relax but also focus on developing a deeper sense of your purpose and existence. This retreat is suitable for those who are ready to be initiated into some powerful practices in order to improve life in this incarnation.
During the program, you will be practicing traditional asana, pranayama (breathwork), kriya (purification), bhakti (chanting), and learn some yogic wisdom embedded in a relaxed ashram environment with balanced vegalicious cuisine. This program is designed for you who seek tangible upgrades in order to improve your life experience as well as to have a deeper understanding and greater skills in using the amazing energy machine of the incarnation vehicle.
Throughout the retreat, you will develop a sense of clarity and recognition of one’s full purpose and potential and in turn, create and encourage a deep relaxing environment and wholesome community. As you go along with yogic breathwork, you will activate your potential as well as making your energy (pranic) body shine.
This program also includes purification techniques to expand your scope of awareness and unburden your body from toxins and energy blocks. Bandhas are also integrated, powerful locks to energize specific centers of the force and join in mantra chanting with and without music to liberate the mind.
You will have a waterfall trip during this retreat.
