Alojamiento

There are five wonderfully decorated bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom. Four of the suites are furnished with queen beds, and the large Master Suite has a king bed. The lower level of the facility provides bunk room accommodations for families, children, and large groups. Two large communal bathrooms provide plenty of sinks and shower space. Two of the rooms located in the basement have queen beds and a bunk bed, and the other six rooms have four bunk beds per room. Each bunk has a queen/full sized bed on the bottom. There is also a large game room located in the basement.

Programa

This retreat is a place for you to experience how the power of nature can enhance your awareness and help you discover your true self. It involves world-class yoga therapists to guide you in yoga therapy practice sessions. The other activities in this retreat include practicing stillness meditation and mindfulness for more peace and focus in life, understanding the importance of physical alignment in body and mind, discovering the healing power of practicing deep mind body connection, and tapping into the transformative power of silent retreat.

Instructores

Aron Stein
Aron Stein is a Certified Yoga Therapist, and Yoga and Meditation practitioner of 25 years. He specializes in helping people increase their awareness and discover their true path. Aron began practicing meditation focused on Zen and Dzochen Buddhist Yoga practices, to overcome anxiety and ADD. His yoga classes draw heavily from Anusara, Iyengar, and Tibetan yoga. Aron has been a director of 3 Yoga and Buddhist Centers. He has a background in psychology and Yoga Mentoring. He is the Yoga Therapy director at Inbody Academy and the founder of the non-profit Shift Yoga.
Sammy Brown
Sammy Brown is renowned for his depth of knowledge and passion for biomechanics and therapeutic alignment. He loves to help people incorporate the principles and philosophy of yoga into everyday life while encouraging students to push past set limitations. He incorporates classical techniques and philosophy to make yoga more than just an exercise but something rooted in tradition. Sammy has a breadth of knowledge regarding Asana, and the deeper yogic philosophies. Drawing on his expertise in anatomy and alignment, Sammy helps people achieve a new found sense of strength and mobility.
Dana Levy
We are honored to have Dana Levy as one of our lead facilitators at the retreat. Dana is one of our beloved instructors at Inbody Academy. She is a highly skilled teacher and Yoga Therapist who is incredibly inspiring and compassionate. Dana is trained in alignment based yoga and is deeply steeped in the study and tradition of Iyengar inspired yoga. Using yoga as a vehicle for transformation, she combines ease, efficiency, and coordination of body, breath, action and movement with precise awareness of alignment and structure.
Kimberly Hoggan
Kimberly has over 10 years of teaching experience and high level of expertise in anatomy an alignment. Kimberly is known for her detailed alignment instructions, that are delivered with skill, enthusiasm, and often humor. She helps her students find a therapeutic experience in every posture, to heal the body, prevent future injuries, steady the mind and uplift the heart. Kim is a dedicated student and practitioner of Anusara yoga. Yoga has helped her heal her body, overcome addictions, and learned how to look for the good.
