Instructores

Hitanshi Jain
(Yoga)
Hitanshi conducts various yoga workshops, including stress management, therapeutic yoga workshops for companies, and yogic treatment for other occupational disorders like anxiety neurosis, depression, blood pressure problems, and cervical and back pain. She completed a postgraduate diploma in yoga with alternate therapies (acupressure, Reiki, naturopathy) from LNUPE, Gwalior, and is currently pursuing a master of science in yoga therapy from SVYASA, Bangalore. She is also a follower of Bihar School of Yoga, as well as a Reiki and pranic healer.
Gourav Khabya
(Yoga)
Gourav is Yoga Siromani from Sivananda Vedanta Centre, Kerala. He deeply follows learnings from Bihar School of Yoga and SVYASA, Bangalore. He is also an NLP practitioner and a pranic healer. He worked with various multinational corporations in business operations and engineering before taking up yoga as a full-time career option. Gourav co-founded Hith Yoga to help people become healthier, both physically and mentally. He has a special interest in working on peoples’ mindsets and emotions, and thus combines his Hatha yoga teachings impeccably with meditation practices.

Honey Beach Cottages is situated 144 kilometers from Goa and is close to Gokarna, Karnataka. The resort is nestled in the semi-rocky mountains and pristine beach in Ankola, northern coast of Karnataka. The place is very secluded and far off from nearby habitation. The resort is also located right next to a beach away from disturbances around. This setting provides participants with an excellent opportunity to work on themselves.

Ankola is a town municipal council and a taluka in Uttara Kannada District of Karnataka State, India. The name of the place is derived from a forest shrub Ankola grown on the coastal hill side and worshiped by the Halakki Vokkaligas as a totem. Ankola is a small town surrounded by temples, paddy fields, and mango groves. It is located on the coast of the Arabian Sea and has natural beaches. Ankola is famous for its native breed of mango called Ishaad as well as its bountiful cashews.

You will be served three daily meals. Food will be basic, vegetarian, Indian fresh, and local. Fruits will be provided wherever available. Vegetarian food will be allowed. Food is planned by an Ayurvedic doctor so you would enjoy a healthy diet. No alcohol, smoking, and non-vegetarian food will be allowed due to meditation practices.
