In this non-duality retreat, you will be invited to immerse or deepen into a transformative experience that will guide you towards the understanding that all separation is an illusion and that we are truly part of a oneness. This retreat is designed for those who seek to deepen their spiritual practice and reach a greater understanding of themselves and the universe through self-exploration and self-experimentation.
During the retreat, you will participate in meditation sessions, some guided and some not so guided. You will participate in inspiring talks that explore the principles of non-duality, oneness, and emptiness. As well as the necessary daily silence. The daily yoga asana practice will be adapted to the general needs of the group at the time of the class. It can be a Yin yoga or Hatha-Vinyasa practice. These activities are carefully planned to facilitate deep self-enquiry and to foster a state of awareness in which distinctions between self and environment dissolve. Sessions are led by experienced facilitators who combine ancient techniques with modern understandings of psychology, neuroscience and meditation. They are committed to providing you with a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your unified, non-dual nature.
Classes will be held in English and/or Spanish.
In case is needed, please coordinate in advance any customized arrival and departure times with the organizer before booking.
To facilitate your immersion in the practice, they will ask for your mobile phone on arrival and return it to you on departure.
In case you need to make any travel arrangements on your return home, they will be flexible with that.
In this retreat, you can choose from a private room, a shared room, or a private double if you're coming with a friend or partner. There are 7 rooms, all of which can be booked as double or single.
Shared rooms are of the same sex if possible. If there is no other possibility, you can choose to stay in a mixed gender room or upgrade to a private room.
*Please keep in mind that the facilities are those of a comfortable rural house but not of a luxury resort.
*Please note there are cats on the property.
The retreat instructions will be offered in English.
The sitting meditation periods will be 45 minutes to facilitate a deep immersion in the practice and a gentle relationship with yourselves.
Some meditations will be guided, some in silence, some others walking meditations on the beach (depending on the weather).
Silence will start in the morning of the 2nd day in a row until evening of the day night.
This is the suggested program.

El yoga apareció en su vida sin previo aviso en 2009. Viene de un pasado emocionalmente convulso, con diferentes adicciones como la comida, el café, el chocolate, el tabaco y otros hábitos muy perjudiciales para su salud y equilibrio. Gracias al yoga, el Mindfulness y la alimentación saludable pudo poco a poco pero progresivamente dar la vuelta a todas esas circunstancias vitales. Vivió su formación en yoga durante 9 meses como voluntario en la Asociación Sirius de Caudiel (Castellón) y surgió en él el deseo de compartir con otros esta forma de vida a partir de su propia experiencia.
El yoga entró en su vida por primera vez en 2015, cuando estaba empezando su vida como consultora de empresas, trabajando muchas horas extra y participando en diversas conductas tóxicas y adictivas. Si bien al principio, parecía simplemente otra "cosa que dominar", rápidamente sintió que algo nuevo estaba surgiendo en ella, comenzando a estar verdaderamente en contacto con sus emociones y su verdadero yo. Con los años, completó una formación de profesora de yoga con Gyan Yog Breath, India, así como una extensa formación en PNL y coach de vida/asesoramiento psicológico y encontró su verdadera vocación en el trabajo de constelaciones sistémicas y la meditación.
This retreat is held in a rustic, comfortable and beautiful house 2 minutes walk from the quiet and non-touristic sandy beach of El Brosquil, Cullera, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain. A place with an enviable climate all year round with about 300 days of sunshine a year, without extreme temperatures.
The house has 7 rooms, some of them single, some of them double. For this retreat and for a deeper plus more personal experience, we highly recommend you to hire a private one, if this is affordable for you, but it is not mandatory.

The price of this retreat includes three daily organic, seasonal and flexi-vegan sattvic meals (breakfast = self-service), fresh eggs from Heartful Motion hens (seasonally available), fresh fruits, and teas during the day. Raw and vegan food is available upon request.
The people working at Heartful Motion are not professional chefs but people who love cooking and put all their passion and love into it.

Heartful Motion (formerly: Be Mindful Yoga) can arrange a private transport by taxi from the retreat center to the airport for a cost of 75-90 EUR (one-way, depending on the day of the week). For getting to the retreat center, you can take any taxi from the airport (destination: Heartful Motion).
Valencia is the nearest international airport. Also, it is very easy and cheap to get to Cullera by public transport. For more information, contact Heartful Motion directly, who will be happy to assist you.
