Ganga Yoga Academy invites you to join the integrated 500-hour yoga teacher training program, an inclusive and intensive yoga course with a holistic curriculum that covers the syllabus of both basic 200-hour and advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training courses. The course curriculum of the program will ensure the highest level of yogic understanding and empowered teachings skills for the participants of the program.

Yoga teacher training courses are conducted under the professional guidance of qualified and experienced yoga masters who are dedicated to delivering authentic yoga teachings. The syllabus of this program is focused on preparing you with effective teaching methods to cultivate teaching skills so that you can be able to share your wisdom with others more efficiently.

Moreover, the 300-hour yoga teacher training program includes yoga therapy to alleviate and cure many chronic disorders like various types of pain, cardiac disorders, constipation, diabetes, arthritis, and much more. It also covers basic Ayurveda teachings to introduce the concepts of herbs for treatment of ailments such as dosha for good health.

Meditation

Meditation techniques and its practices will include different concentration levels and activities to refine it. You will have 2 special meditation techniques along with the regular practices which are transformational chakra meditation and the importance of third-eye meditation.

Pranayama

You will learn the anatomy of pranayama and psychological analysis of the process. The syllabus will also include external pranayama series up to 2 variations along with retention (Kumbhaka) as well as various steps involved in pranayama.

Instructores

Swami Gopal Ji
The name Swami Gopal Sharma is a stockpile of yoga. Just at the age of 12, this journey has been started. His keen interest in Indian yoga and other pious areas drove him away from a common man perception and he has devoted himself to get the perfection in Yoga Shastra. He teaches Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Shivananda yoga, Mantra yoga, Kundalini yoga in Rishikesh, Dharamsala, Goa, Bodhgaya, Haridwar, Varanasi, Udaipur, Varkala in Kerala and other different parts of India. He has pursued an extensive study of our great heritage - the Vedas, Vedanta, the Upanishads, and the Gita.
Swami Shiva Brahmananda Saraswati
Swami Shivabrahmananda Saraswati left his home at the young age of 19 years in quest of spiritual knowledge. He spent three years on the banks of Narmada river doing penance. Following that he joined Arsha Vidya Peetham, Rishikesh where he completed the three year Vedanta course conducted by Dayananda Ashram from 2003 to 2006. After the course Swami Dayananda Saraswati himself sent him to the tribal belt in Madya Pradesh, India to start a free student home. He spent more than three years managing the student home.
Yogi Mohan Uniyal
Yogi Mohan Uniyal was widely known as the ashtanga guru. He is the master of Ashtanga Vinyasa. He started learning yoga age of 21. He has done his M. A. in Sanskrit (Sampurnanad University, Varanasi) and yoga (Uttrakhand Sanskrit university, Haridwar). He has traveled to various countries to promote yoga and health.
