The certification for 300-Hours YTT course shall be given by Yoga Vedanta.
During this teacher training, you will stay either in a shared or a private room. Ganga Yoga Academy provides comfortable and well ventilated single and shared rooms with western-style ensuite bathrooms with hot water and Wi-Fi.
Kindly be informed that 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training certification is a prerequisite to enroll this 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program. This training is a multi-style yoga teaching program which includes popular yoga styles and other activities to gain in-depth understanding and ethics of traditional yoga teachings and cultural values of ancient yoga. Ganga Yoga Academy offers yoga teacher training certification courses according to the international guidelines established by Yoga Alliance USA.
The course curriculum has been formulated with multi-style yoga syllabus that includes several yoga variations along with powerful meditation techniques and pranayama methods as well as mudras, bandhas, and kriyas associated with particular yoga postures.

This program includes yoga therapy to alleviate and cure many chronic disorders like various types of pain, cardiac disorders, constipation, diabetes, and arthritis. It also covers basic Ayurveda teachings to introduce the concepts of herbs for treatment of ailments like dosha for good health.
Yoga lifestyle gives rise of positive emotional states and help the participants to overcome their ego and suffering by providing optimum support emphasizing on an expansion of awareness which enables the practitioner to gradually move towards a life of harmony. It treats every individual with so much affection and care to get rid of bad habits by replacing them with good ones.
You will experience meditation techniques and its practices including different concentration levels and activities to refine it. Two special meditation techniques along with the regular practices are included: transformational chakra meditation and Importance of third-eye meditation.
The syllabus also include external pranayama series up to two variations along with retention (kumbhaka) as well as various steps involved in pranayama, anatomy of pranayama, and psychological analysis of the process.
