There are eight air-conditioned, en-suite guest cabins with either twin or queen beds. The rooms also have air conditioning and daily maid service.

Mornings arise with the sun and a Hatha-Vinyasa yoga practice on the spacious yoga deck. Imagine tree pose gazing into the azure blue of the Adriatic sea! After yoga and a morning swim, you will have breakfast and prepare to set sail or motor (1-3 hours) to your next destination.

Afternoons offer a host of activities on a beautiful island such as swimming, snorkeling, paddle-boarding, biking, exploring the exquisite nature and charming seaside villages, or choose to simply lounge and relax on deck with a book. They have a few group excursions planned, but give you plenty of time to choose exactly what kind of activity you’re in the mood for. Some lunches will be on-board, others are on your own in the island villages.

Evenings are pure magic as you close our day with sunset yoga and meditation. Some evenings you will dine under the stars on-board; other nights you are on your own or with new friends at a local island restaurant. All cuisine is locally sourced and prepared with traditional recipes of grilled fish, seafood, and fresh vegetables. Rock gently to sleep in your cabin or directly on deck under the stars.

Schedule

Day 1

Meet at the Port of Split at 16:00 to embark on your cruise. Set sail to a secluded bay on the isle of Solta, where you will have the opening yoga circle, followed by a delicious dinner on board the boat.

Day 2

Salute the sun and meditate on the sea, followed by breakfast and your first jump into the turquoise waters of the Adriatic, with a few hours to play and paddle board in a lovely bay. Lunch is on board while we sail for two hours to arrive in Bol, on the isle of Brac. The evening is free to wander the charming little village which offers a variety of local restaurants for you to dine on your own, and a fabulous winery offering evening wine tasting if you choose to partake.

Day 3

After yoga and a swim in the sea, you will have breakfast and sail for two hours to the mysterious isle of Vis, known for it’s authentic culture, traditional vineyards, and clean waters rich in seafood and fish. Enjoy lunch on your own at an outdoor cafe, then perhaps book a wine tour at a local vineyard, or rent a mountain bike or scooter and explore the island. A lovely sunset dinner is offered on board. There will not be an afternoon yoga session this day.

Day 4

You will visit the famous island of Hvar! After yoga and breakfast you sail for two hourspast the beautiful Paclavi Islands to arrive in the port of Hvar. Lunch is on-board, with the remaining afternoon free to wander and sight-see in this historic city. Hike to the hilltop castle for awe-inspiring views or traverse the winding alleys with shops and cafes. Hvar is a city whose beauty comes alive at night. Enjoy dinner on your own, and possibly a little island night-life. There will not be an afternoon yoga session this day.

Day 5

Sunrise yoga sailing to Korcula, an island known for it’s natural beauty, small coves, beaches, and over 200 caves most famous as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Wander and explore within the ancient walls of this typical medieval Dalmatian town, with it’s towers and red-roofed houses. Enjoy lunch on your own. After sunset yoga back on the boat, they will treat you to a traditional Dalmatian dinner on an organic family farm!

Day 6

After morning yoga and breakfast, you will travel for one and a half hours to arrive in Pomena on the isle of Mljet. You’ll swim, relax, and lunch on the boat, then they will offer you bicycles for a tour around the amazing salt water lakes in Mljet National Park. If you prefer to hike or canoe, the dense Aleppo pine forest is a majestic setting to experience nature at it’s purest. For those you who want to change up the pace, you may rent a scooter and explore the island on wheels. Dinner is on your own in the tiny traditional village of Pomena.

Day 7

Enjoy your final full day together on the island of Šipan by swimming, playing, practicing yoga, and savoring the last moments together on this Croatia Yoga Cruise. Šipan, an island with a true Adriatic summer feel, populated with 150 residents, was appreciated by residents and nobility of Dubrovnik for its beauty, peace, and picturesque countryside. You will end the day with a closing yoga circle and dinner on board celebrating a fabulous week together.

Day 8

Farewell breakfast. Arrive port of Dubrovnik.

This cruise is aboard a luxurious 31-meter wooden gulet, one of the finest sailing vessels on the Adriatic coast. This boat was custom-built in the traditional Croatian style, with a capacity to sail or motor, according to the weather and the daily route. The boat is fully (and delightfully) staffed with daily house-keeping, a fabulous chef, an always smiling bartender, the lovely local guide, and of course, the captain, Filip! There is an indoor and outdoor dining room, a bar, and a spacious 160-meter upper deck with an optional shade screen perfect for lounging and practicing yoga. The captain’s knowledge and experience in sailing and navigation will make the voyage not only comfortable, but also highly secure and relaxing.

Included in this retreat are two meals on-board: breakfast, and either lunch or dinner per day. You will enjoy delicious and healthy vegetarian, fish, and sea based cuisine prepared by a wonderful local chef.

Arrival by airplane

You can fly into either Split Airport (SPU), Zagreb International Airport (ZAG), or Dubrovnik Airport (DBV).

Arrival by bus

Buses to and from Split, Zagreb, and Dubrovnik depart and arrive regularly.

Arrival by shuttle

You can take a shuttle into the center of Split which leaves every half hour after flight arrivals. It takes about 45 to 60 minutes and the cost for the shuttle is about 6 USD.

Arrival by taxi

The port is in the center of town so if you are already in Split, you may walk to the port or take a taxi.

You may also take a taxi directly to the Port from the airport. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes and costs around 36 EUR for up to three people.
